Justice for Tom! Protesters climb on to roof of former house of cancer patient evicted over mortgage dispute

‘Furious protesters climbed onto the roof of the former home of a cancer patient who was evicted after an eight-year battle with his bank over mortgage repayments.

Tom Crawford’s house in Carlton, Nottinghamshire, has been cordoned off by police since he was kicked out earlier this month.

But today more than 30 demonstrators arrived at the 64-year-old’s ex-property, clutching banners saying ‘Justice for Tom’ and chanting the Madness hit ‘Our House’.’
