Even More Than Money: International Creditors ‘Seek Access’ to Greek Assets
‘Greek international creditors seek access to the country’s assets, the founder and president of the Public Banking Institute think-tank told Sputnik on Monday.
According to Ellen Brown, the Greek ruling party Syriza’s open protest against creditor demands will result in Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras likely receiving a vote of no-confidence.
“The [international]creditors want more than money. They want the assets – the land, utilities and rents,” Ellen Brown said.’
