‘President Barack Obama has been battling against fierce opposition to his Iran nuclear deal but, yesterday, his plans drew the unprecedented support of 29 of the nation’s top scientists.

The president’s Iran nuclear deal was praised by the scientists who include former White house advisers, Nobel laureates, and makers of nuclear arms.

Their support will come as a welcome respite for the President who has faced stiff opposition on the deal from members of his own party – including Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer.’
