‘This is the dramatic scene as police taser a passenger who refused to hand over his ‘man purse’ after boarding an easyJet flight from London Gatwick to Belfast, early yesterday morning.

Officers were called to the aircraft, which was sitting at the departure gate in Gatwick, following reports that a man was becoming ‘increasingly abusive’.

Police fired the taser and led the man off the aircraft, which was delayed for several hours following the dramatic incident.’
