Senior magistrate pays penniless migrant’s court fine and gets suspended

A senior magistrate has resigned after her was suspended for paying a penniless migrant’s court fine.

Nigel Allcout of Leicestershire was moved by the migrants plight and offered to pay towards the man’s court fine but when the judiciary found  out he was suspended and investigated.
