Fingerprint all visitors to EU Countries demands France

All UK visitors to France would be fingerprinted and their prints cross checked against biometric passports in a demand from the French government is approved by the EU.

The Schengen Agreement was only supposed to apply to visitors from outside the EU but France wants it applicable to all member states citizens as well.
