Indian walks around town with wife’s head

‘Police have arrested a man after he was found walking down the street in India reportedly carrying a woman’s severed head in one hand and an axe in the other.

Ramchandra Sheu Chavan, 53, was arrested, after passersby in the western central city of Pune notified the police over the alleged decapitation of the woman, which reportedly happened during an argument on Friday morning.’
