ISIS Retreating: Russia Destroys 33 Key Targets Forcing Jihadists to Flee

‘The Russian air campaign in Syria has struck 33 more key targets over the past 24 hours causing ISIS fighters to flee.

A Sukhoi Su-34 managed to destroy a 9K33 Osa, surface-to-air missile launcher in Eastern Douma near Damascus. The jet dropped a smart bomb onto a concrete shelter destroying both the structure and launcher.

The launcher, known as a ‘Gecko’ by NATO, holds six missiles and is designed to give short range tactical cover to ground forces. With widespread reports of ISIS quickly crumbling away, the loss of this defence system will only hasten their annihilation.’
