Jeremy Corbyn to be new vice-chairman of CND

Jeremy Corbyn is courting a new wave of opposition from within his own shadow cabinet after being appointed as Vice Chairman of the nuclear disarmament group, CND.

Corbyn , who is opposed to the renewal of the Trident nuclear deterrence, is at odds with members of his cabinet, amongst them his defence spokesperson Maria Eagle.
