Lord Lawson to lead Conservative campaign to quit the EU

Former Chancellor Lord Lawson is to lead the Tory campaign to quit the EU.

He believes any reforms won by Cameron will be wafer thin and that he needs to be firmer in his negotiations with Brussels.
