Ah, remember the days when President Obama announced his plan “to degrade and ultimately destroy ISIS“? If not, here he is saying it right here over a year ago:

Remember? That’s why he just had to ask Congress for hundreds of millions of dollars? To comprehensively degrade and destroy ISIS? Well, apparently now the plan “has always been” containment — always from the start, or at least, that’s what Obama just got done telling ABC News’s George Stephanopoulos in an interview last week.’
