Small amouts of drugs including heroin, cocaine and cannabis to be decriminalised in Ireland

Aodhán Ó Ríordáin, the chief of Ireland’s National Drugs Strategy has stated that the irish government is moving to decriminalise the posession of small amounts of drugs as Ireland moves towards the treatment rather than the punishment of addicts.
