Learn the Lessons of Brunelleschi!

The advice for today’s world crisis? ‘Learn the lessons of Brunelleschi!’ This was the advice yesterday from Lyndon LaRouche, who expounded on Brunelleschi’s discoveries, which were in no way any continuation with past experience and thinking, but creative breakthroughs by Brunelleschi, on principle and in application. History is marked by “discovery periods,” and divided by periods of degeneration, LaRouche said. Understand this, to understand how deadly the present moment is, and seek to attain the quality of mind and character required to stop “bad history in the making,” and create the future. History is not something that ‘happens to you,’ you make it.

At this moment, the future requires getting Obama out. There is no future if he stays. His threat can’t be lessened by reform, negotiations, or wishful thinking.

Yesterday a member of the House of Representatives, Tulsi Gabbard (D-Hawaii), confronted Obama’s two top defense officials with the truth of the Obama Syria policy threatening all-out nuclear war. At a full hearing of the House Armed Services Committee, Gabbard began her comments to Secretary of Defense Ash Carter, and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs Joseph Dunford: “Since our policy to overthrow the Syrian Government of Assad has brought us, essentially, into a direct head-to-head conflict with Russia, I have some important questions along this line.

“How many nuclear warheads does Russia have aimed at the U.S., and how many does the U.S. have aimed at Russia?” Sec. Carter ducked, that he would get her the answer in writing. Gabbard continued, “Right. And it would be correct to say that both of our countries have the capacity to launch these nuclear weapons within minutes?” Carter replied, “We do;” then Gabbard continued her questioning, which drew out starkly the specifics in Syria, of Obama’s anti-Russia policy, which now constitutes the immediate potential for a nuclear holocaust.

Even as Gabbard confronted Congress on the Obama insanity, NATO began its two-day ministerial meeting in Brussels, where its London/Obama agenda is to include a commitment to send more air defense support to Turkey. This adds to the U.S. F-15s already patrolling the Turkey-Syria border. As Gabbard told Obama’s officials at the hearing yesterday: given that ISIS has “no air assets; I can only presume that the purpose of these planes is to target Russian planes…”

It is not in the current, degraded ‘American Personality’ to easily grasp the danger, and find the guts to act. But that is our challenge. Generate the future!
