Local Media Report Moammar Gaddafi Son Kidnapped in Lebanon

‘Hannibal Gaddafi, the son of late Libyan leader Moammar Gaddafi has been collected by police after being kidnapped by Shia militants in Lebanon.

The kidnapping occurred in the capital of Beirut, according Agence France-Presse, citing a security source, and reports suggest that it may have been carried out by the Lebanese Amal Movement. A senior security official speaking to the Guardian indicated that Gaddafi was being held in the north-eastern city of Baalbek before being collected by the authorities.’
