Downing Street Urging Police to Keep Callers to 901 on Hold Until They Get Frustrated and Hang Up

The Downing Street ‘Nudge’ Unit set up by former Cameron advisor Mark Hilton has been urging police forces across the country to  keep callers to the none emergency police reporting line 901 on hold until they get frustrated and give up and also to increase the length of recorded messages to achieve the same end it has been uncovered in a secret report.
