On Sunday, top US Air Force officials urged the US government to speed up its review of long-standing bids by Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain to buy American fighter jets citing growing frustration among key US allies in the Gulf about delays in procurement that threaten to undermine the mission in Syria.’
