9/11 Families, Senators Demand JASTA, Override of Veto

On September 20, 2016, Terry Strada, Kaitlyn Strada, and Allison Crowther (family members of 9/11 victims) held a press conference with U.S. Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) calling for the adoption of the JASTA bill (Justice Against Sponsors of Terrorism). Even though the bill has been passed without opposition in both the House and the Senate, President Obama has indicated he will veto this critical bill to allow legal proceedings to continue against Saudi Arabia for their role in 9/11.
