Climate Change to Blame for Extreme Winters in UK and the US Say British Researchers

Climate change is responsible for extreme winters in the UK ans USA researchers at Sheffield University have claimed.
They say that increased warming at the poles has made diversions to the jet stream which then bring extreme cold weather to the UK and USA.
