Scores killed as Saudi bombs rain down on Yemeni civilians
‘Saudi fighter jets have killed over 46 people in their latest airstrikes in Yemen’s western coastal province of Hudaydah.
According to the al-Masirah television network, some 20 people were also injured in the Saturday night attacks, which were carried out on a security building in the city of Zaydiyah.
Local officials said that three separate strikes were launched on the facilities and noted that most of the casualties were prisoners.
Earlier, Saudi jets targeted areas in the southwestern Yemeni provinces of Ta’izz and Sa’ada, killing at least 21 people. Around 16 people were killed in As-Silw district in Ta’izz, and five more were killed in raid in the Bani Sayyah district of Sa’ada province.’
