‘As the capital of ancient Wessex – from whence Alfred the Great disseminated law renowned to this day for its justice, Winchester is the perfect location from which to launch our Rule of Law campaign – and in order to achieve a fair and prosperous settlement for the British people the first step is for us to assemble in a lawful and peaceful fashion to initiate the formal Assertion of the Rule of Law : we are sovereign, we are just, and we are determined to rout the corruption and endemic travesties of justice that plague this country.
