Hawaii judge halts Donald Trump’s second attempt at travel ban

‘President Donald Trump’s travel ban has been blocked for a second time, with a judge in Hawaii ruling on Wednesday night that the law was unconstitutional.
Judge Derrick Watson ordered that the law could not be enforced, hours before it was due to come into effect at one minute past midnight on Thursday.
His ruling applies nationwide.
Mr Trump said the decision “makes us look weak” and was an example of “unprecedented judicial overreach”.’
