Obamacare repeal passes US House of Representatives as Donald Trump hails ‘wonderful vote’

‘President Barack Obama’s signature domestic policy legacy, Obamacare, took a major step towards being consigned to history after the House of Representatives voted to repeal major potions of it.
Seven years after Mr Obama hailed the passing of what was formally known as the Affordable Care Act a Republican bill to overturn it, replacing the measure with what will become “Trumpcare,” passed by one vote in the House.
That bill will now move on to the US Senate where its passage is much less certain.
Mr Trump hailed the decision in the House as a “wonderful vote”. It was his first major legislative victory since taking office.’
