The Prime Minister has appointed her Cabinet, in what Sky’s Faisal Islam has called “a shuffle, more than a reshuffle”. The biggest surprise is the return of Michael Gove, with Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson announcing his support for Theresa May and tweeting that it was a “GOVEment of all the talents”. So who’s in?
