Putsch Against Trump Escalates; George Floyd Becomes Agitprop

June 8, 2020 — Given the pace of recent events, this article will be dated by the time you read it. But, I want to use it to pose certain propositions—propositions that can lead to a perspective about what we have witnessed in the United States since the murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis on Memorial Day.

Put simply, George Floyd has become the prop for the third phase of the coup d’état being conducted against the U.S. presidency. The Atlantic, in an article dated June 6, says just that. It says the U.S. is undergoing a color revolution and quotes the professor of Anglo-American intelligence’s regime-change operations, Gene Sharp, most favorably, in support of this claim. While that color revolution is indeed happening, The Atlantic—otherwise a key participant in this coup—mainstreamed the obvious: This has been clear to any observant human ever since Trump’s inauguration back in January of 2017, after violent riots in Washington and the Pink Pussy Hat Women’s March.

The plan is to remove Trump, the obstacle to the transnational elites’ plans to maintain and consolidate their power, at a time when most sane people question, in the wake of COVID-19’s death and destruction, why these elites should continue to hold any power at all.

So, I propose to tell this story in three parts. First I’ll set the strategic table. What were the oligarchs of the City of London and Wall Street thinking and planning as COVOD-19 exposed the murderous consequences of their globalist system to populations throughout the world? What were their plans and how do those plans fit with their attempted hijacking of the justice which is due George Floyd? What is the significance of Obama’s generals instigating a revolt within the current Pentagon about the President’s attempts to restore order after two weeks of murder, mayhem, arson, and looting?

Next, we’ll review the hellish events of the past two weeks in their electoral context and tell you who, exactly, Black Lives Matter is. You may be surprised to find out that factions within this movement share goals with the white racists of Identity Evropa. Both support the devolution of the United States into racially homogenous city state communities. We will compare BLM’s fakery to the profound mission of Dr. Martin Luther King.

Finally, we’ll outline further exactly what must be done to upend all of the plans of the transnational elites and win the future for our country. We note that we have a chance now to finally make real the ideas of the American Revolution. If we don’t do that, we could very well be living through another French Revolution, which ended in the massacre of that nation’s intellectuals in a mob led bloodbath.

In quick summary, all of America wins this battle if the President returns to his devotion to the “forgotten men and women,” those Americans displaced when this country became a post-industrial society, or those who never made it out of poverty in the first instance. They represent more than 80% of the U.S. population. They are impoverished whites and people of color. They are a class, not a race, in our present decadent social structure. Those in charge of pacifying and controlling this class have used race to set them against one another and blind them to their common circumstances and their ability to shape a different destiny. For the forgotten men and women, COVID-19 was the last straw in an economy which historically had not worked for them but had begun to improve. They, of course, suffered many more casualties due to COVID-19 than anyone else.

Now, a program training them and offering productive jobs; building massive new infrastructure and repairing the old; building whole new cities; undertaking right now the development of fusion power and crash programs to explore space; reindustrializing our economy with modern manufacturing; decartelizing our farms—this program is the appropriate response to what happened to George Floyd. We would realize in the process, both the dream of Martin Luther King and the actual goals of the American Revolution. That is most definitely not what the rioters and the leaders of these protests seek.

The Strategic Setting

In analyzing the world strategically, Lyndon LaRouche instructed, you always have to take the world top down as situated historically. The great conflict in history is between those, who, like our American revolutionaries, believe that humans are endowed with divine powers in the form of their individual creativity. Unlike beasts, humans can change and alter nature and expand their populations, inventing whole new resources in the process. Our philosophical current believes that the world has too few people.

Oligarchs, on the other hand, the imperialist masters of Empire, see men and women as beasts, governed by their impulses and desires, the means by which they can be manipulated in the schemes the oligarchs use to control them. Their economic systems are entropic, dependent on looting raw materials and wealth from subject populations. They are inherently Malthusian. They believe their continued power rests on reducing populations since their system can never produce sustained economic growth. As Prince Phillip famously put it, in 1988, “In the event that I am reincarnated, I would like to return as a deadly virus, to contribute something to solving overpopulation.”

So, in analyzing events, first look at the situation which the oligarchs, the world’s financial elites, find themselves in, and what they are doing about it.

With COVID-19, the globalist system took a huge hit to its legitimacy, a hit exacerbated by the oversold and crumbling speculative casino economy which once again was teetering on the edge of collapse. Travel is restricted. Nations fighting the virus realize that the world’s globalist organization, its just-in-time supply chains and outsourcing of the production of national necessities, is killing people. And that potential for mass murder is now widely recognized as the result of a relatively primitive virus.

At a time when the biosciences have advanced spectacularly, the virus is being fought with medieval tools. Based on the advice of leading scientists, advice itself based on notoriously inaccurate systems analysis models, the world’s economies were simply shut down. Many argued that this must be done permanently, until there is a vaccine, despite demonstrable evidence that the shutdown itself was also generating significant death rates.

Science, which should have meant the dispassionate search for vaccines and antivirals, communicated in its full drama to the population, became, instead, entirely politicized. China and the U.S. traded epithets and threats about who was to blame. An antiviral, hydroxychloroquine, which President Trump had mentioned favorably, was attacked in an entirely fake and subsequently retracted article in the prestigious Lancet medical journal as a poisonous killer drug, recklessly advanced by the American president.

The globalists themselves appear to recognize that COVID-19 had rung the bell on a system which was already dying a natural death. Prior to COVID-19, the world’s leading transnational oligarchs were already proposing that the next stage of globalization must be a bankers’ dictatorship, eliminating political nuisances such as the U.S. President and the nation state, entirely. Blackrock’s Larry Fink had made just such a proposal at the Economic Policy Symposium at Jackson Hole, Wyoming, in August of 2019. Fink’s pal, Mark Carney, the former Governor of the Bank of England, the man considered to be the world’s most powerful central banker, penned an article in The Economist on April 16 which lamented that COVID-19 had, indeed, killed globalization. He mourns its decline and presses for a full-scale mobilization against “climate change” as the next order of battle:

After the COVID-19 crisis, it’s reasonable to expect people to demand improvements in the quality and coverage of social support and medical care, greater attention to be paid to managing tail risks, and more heed to be given to the advice of scientific experts. The great test of whether this new hierarchy of values will prevail is climate change. After all, climate change is an issue that (i) involves the entire world, from which no one will be able to self-isolate; (ii) is predicted by science to be the central risk tomorrow; and (iii) we can only address if we act in advance and in solidarity.

Mark Carney’s New York

Right in lockstep, New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo announced on May 5, that he was tapping Mike Bloomberg, Bill Gates, and Eric Schmidt, to help him “reimagine” New York after the ravages of COVID-19. The irony should not have been lost on anyone. Cuomo, as Governor, and Bloomberg in his three terms as New York City Mayor, had decimated New York City’s Health and Hospital Corporation and closed other hospitals serving the urban poor, resulting in huge COVID-19 death rates in New York among people of color.

Substantial numbers of unnecessary deaths also occurred in New York’s nursing homes, when Cuomo sent COVID-19-positive patients back into them.

Bill Gates, who Cuomo said would handle education in the “reimagined” New York, had already played a major role in Bloomberg’s colossal failed efforts to provide education to the very same population. Bloomberg, according to Cuomo, will run New York’s contact tracing program for COVID-19.

Eric Schmidt, of course, is famous for turning Google into the most significant surveillance tool ever turned on a population. In the company’s surveillance capitalism model, the raw materials mined in the “new economy” consist of users’ behaviors and the ability to tune and modify them. Profit, under Google’s business model, is only possible under conditions of massive social isolation and atomization. Now, Schmidt is charged with fully integrating New York’s minority populations into surveillance capital’s universe. The company promises that they, like others before them, will find much enjoyment and enlightenment, after clicking on that ubiquitous terms of service contract, which turns on the switch to 24-hour-a-day surveillance.

Bloomberg has spent a large portion of his billions on cities, both in the U.S. and world-wide. Under his theory that local control is the most effective instrument for implementing radical climate-change/population-reduction schemes, Bloomberg celebrates “city-states” as the best form of social organization. The nation state is a relic of the industrial past, he urges, an obstacle to the depraved dystopian schemes of Bloomberg and his fellow transnational elites. World-wide, Bloomberg and Gates have bought mayors internationally as the means to implement their radical Malthusian climate agenda.

In the U.S., huge amounts of Bloomberg’s money and policy assistance have flowed to mayors, primarily Democratic Party mayors, particularly following Donald Trump’s withdrawal of the nation from the Paris Climate Accord. Many of the same mayors have played significant roles in this new stage of the coup.

Bloomberg had intended to use his base of bought mayors to propel him into the White House, unseating Donald Trump. Despite spending record millions on his campaign and recruiting an infrastructure targeted almost exclusively on the Electoral College battleground states, Bloomberg’s presidential campaign failed when he totally whiffed his first candidate debate. Now, he is deploying what he built against Trump, and on behalf of the Green New Deal, the central bankers’ dictatorship scheme envisioned by himself, Mark Carney, Blackrock’s Larry Fink, and others.

During the COVID-19 crisis, Mike Bloomberg and his fellow Democrats set up a parallel institution to the Trump administration’s federal government task force through Bloomberg’s contacts with the party elite and his mayors. Bloomberg Philanthropies partnered with Johns Hopkins and Harvard University in this effort. It has been reliably reported that Bloomberg’s local government task force clashed unnecessarily with the White House and fed the press narratives to the effect that Trump’s “incompetent” task force was screwing up the national COVID-19 response and costing lives.

The Status of the Globalists’ Coup

The fact that COVID-19 had exposed the fatal flaws of the globalist system was complemented, in the weeks prior to the current riots and insurrection, by the fact that the arch enemy of the globalist order, Donald Trump was beginning to recover from the political impacts of COVID-19 and the economic shutdown. His polling was up. His Attorney General, William Barr, and prosecutor John Durham were homing in on the leading figures from Obama’s Intelligence community and Justice Department, who had conducted a seditious coup against the Trump presidency. The revelations of recent weeks have been startling, demonstrating that Obama and his intelligence chiefs had gone after the Trump Campaign with criminal abandon, knew that their attack had no legal basis, and, because they believed Hillary Clinton was going to win the presidency, had utterly failed to cover their tracks.

The Barr and Durham investigations cover a part of the first phase of the coup against the President, the period leading up to the appointment of Robert Mueller as a DOJ Special Counsel in May 2017. The other part of that phase, Mueller’s ruthless and legally unmoored inquisition, was also under attack as former Trump National Security Advisor Michael Flynn’s case was dismissed by the Justice Department based on prosecutorial misconduct. In Congressional testimony on June 3, former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein admitted that Mueller’s team wrote their own rules for their investigation, despite Justice Department regulations which required Rosenstein to write the rules and supervise the investigation.

The second phase of the coup against Trump—the one engineered by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Rep. Adam Schiff, which resulted in the President’s impeachment in the House—was also now under attack in the Senate. Senator Ron Johnson has vowed to probe Joe and Hunter Biden’s corrupt Ukraine escapades and the phony impeachment concoction against the President produced by Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, and the fake whistleblower who worked for Joe Biden. When asked by a reporter what might be his greatest accomplishment, President Trump said, just last week, “I have the opportunity to destroy the Deep State.”

Then, on May 30, the United States returned to manned space exploration with the SpaceX/NASA, Dragon Crew/Endeavour mission, thrilling the nation. But, the spark of optimism that could have motivated an entire nation to reach for their higher selves and find a scientific orientation toward the world—an orientation which fosters the creative nature of all human beings—was drowned out, instead, by wall-to-wall reporting on riots and violence. That reach is still possible, provided we understand exactly how we are being manipulated and by whom.

The ID-format themes for this stage of the coup were first on display in the riots that preceded Inauguration Day and in the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. Hardly a day after George Floyd’s death, the national news media, the debased instrument of the full spectrum information warfare operation conducted against the President since his election, began to pound these themes savagely and relentlessly.

According to them, Donald Trump is the Racist in Chief, the man who provoked the murder of George Floyd. Senator Tim Scott, who has largely coordinated the President’s interactions with the black and minority populations, angrily ridicules this assertion. Yes, Scott says, the President, does not really “get it” in terms of race and sometimes exhibits an absolutely tin ear. But, Scott says, Donald Trump listens and is absolutely committed to doing what is right and just.

It is well to remember here the previous phases of the information warfare operation conducted against the President, the sequential rounds of grotesque and inflammatory lies about Trump. Their repetition is designed to build a disturbing tension in the collective unconscious to the effect that something must be done about Donald Trump, urgently. There must be some respite, some place calm and free from the corrosiveness of the violent divisions which the media instructs us, daily, are tearing the nation apart.

The President’s defenders constantly must play wack-a-mole with the news cycle. As soon as they prove one round of crap completely false, another emerges in its place. This is the nature of full-spectrum information warfare, a military mode of war now deployed against the President of the United States.

The first round of media psyops painted the President as a pawn of Russian President Vladimir Putin, a traitor out to subvert the United States on behalf of Russia. Subsidiary to this, the President was accused of numerous crimes as his associates, most prominently Michael Cohen, were prosecuted and turned on him. Trump paid prostitutes, engaged in relentless tax dodges, and otherwise cheated everyone in his business dealings, and was entirely “mobbed up” according to the daily round of “scandals” produced by the press.

The Second Round: Impeachment

Then, the second major round occurred when, with breathless urgency, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff and the faux whistleblower from the Obama and Trump National Security Council claimed that the President had bribed the incoming President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, to get dirt on Joe Biden, selling out, in the process, a country which was in an active war with the Russians for cheap electoral gains. This round began almost as soon as the first round collapsed with Robert Mueller’s stumbling admission that there was “no there, there,” despite two years of playing Torquemada and laying waste to the President’s friends and allies. Nothing. Nada. Zilch.

The State Department criminals, who, with Joe Biden, actually conducted a coup against the legitimately elected government of Ukraine, placing neo-Nazis in power there in 2014, were paraded before the public in the House impeachment trial, to justify the President’s impeachment while being given a complete pass on their actual war crimes. The House impeached the President, knowing full well that the entire story was a complete crock.

Now, we are supposed to attribute the riots and the mass destruction in the wake of those riots to the President’s unhinged desire to use the military against peaceful protesters seeking racial justice. According to the utterly false, fake news narrative circulating this Sunday, June 7, the President was prepared to use 10,000 troops, including the 82nd Airborne, against innocent and peaceful students. Both the White House and the Attorney General have declared this story to be absolutely and completely false. Another round of bunk intended to produce angry mobs.

Nonetheless, the TV talking head shows on Sunday featured the recent Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Mike Mullen, denouncing the President’s attempt to use the military to quell riots, former Secretary of State and General Colin Powell did the same, and former Bush National Security Advisor and Secretary of State, Condoleezza Rice, appeared, celebrating the redemption of her black identity. The Bush apparatus of Never Trumpers is now in full attack mode, using the Lincoln Project in endless TV ads to trash the President.

Two Weeks of Peering Into Hell

In the wake of the viral video recording of George Floyd’s murder on May 25, in numerous cities, almost all controlled by Democrats, rioting broke out. In Minneapolis, the black and Asian owned Maple Avenue business district was burnt to the ground by white mobs chanting “Black Lives Matter!” The Minneapolis Mayor held the police back, allowing the Third District Police Station to be burnt to the ground. Beginning on Friday, May 29, the riots intensified, nationally, with black owned or black community businesses burned to the ground, and bystanders or those attempting to stop the mob, killed, attacked, and beaten.

Echoing the instruction of Black Lives Matter to not “burn down our own communities,” California saw riots and looting in Beverly Hills and Malibu. New York’s luxury blocks, including Fifth Avenue and Soho, were looted and trashed. Here, also, Democratic Mayors held back their police from any forceful response. A black Federal Protective officer was assassinated in Oakland, a black St. Louis retired police captain was murdered trying to protect a pawn shop from looters, a Sheriff’s Deputy in the Santa Cruz mountains was shot in a deliberate ambush, a Las Vegas cop was shot in the head while arresting a rioter and probably won’t make it, cops were run over and beaten, and dozens have ended up in the hospital. Numerous bystanders were also killed or maimed by the rioters.

Predictably, in the modus operandi of all riots, jumpy undertrained cops or provocateurs overreacted, and attacked protesters, injuring many, resulting in immediate firings and bloody shirt national news atrocity stories. There have been some deaths on this side also, the genesis of which is unclear and contested. So far, as of close of business on June 4, 15 people, cops and civilians, had been killed. Antifa and White Identity groups and criminals let out of jail because of COVID-19 played major roles in instigating the violence.

On Friday, May 29, things became so threatening right outside the White House, with violent thugs and terrorists challenging the Secret Service all along the White House fence line, that the President of the United States and the First Lady were removed by the Secret Service to a secure bunker inside the White House, according to leaked media accounts.

On Saturday, May 30, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser, heavily funded by Mike Bloomberg, tweeted:

While he hides behind the fence afraid/alone, I stand with people peacefully exercising their First Amendment Rights after the murder of #GeorgeFloyd & hundreds of years of institutional racism. There are no vicious dogs & ominous weapons. There is just a scared man. Afraid/alone.

In other words, go get the racist, folks.

Large scale riots in D.C. continued on both Saturday and Sunday including an arson fire inside St. John’s Episcopal Church, right across from the White House. Another historical building in Lafayette Square was burned to the ground. In addition, according to Attorney General Bill Barr, there were numerous other fires set and attempts were made to break into federal buildings, including the Treasury Department. Rioters used crow bars to fashion stones out of streets they tore up, hurling them at police. National monuments throughout the City including the Viet Nam and World War II Memorials, the Lincoln Memorial, and the statue of Mahatma Gandhi, were defaced.

On Sunday night, the Park Police devised a necessary plan to move the perimeter back from the White House and to erect a fence. Attorney General Barr toured the area just outside the White House in the morning of Monday, June 1 and issued the order to expand the perimeter and build the fence.

In the early evening, President Trump addressed the nation from the Rose Garden insisting on his solidarity with peaceful marchers mourning the murder of George Floyd but noting that his primary responsibility now was to protect the people whose businesses and livelihoods were being destroyed by Antifa and other violent rioters and that he would use any means necessary, including the military, to restore order.

While the President was speaking, the Park Police began to clear Lafayette Park, encountering resistance including being hit by bricks, frozen water bottles, and caustic liquids, including bottled frozen urine. Intelligence had revealed calls for violence against the police, and officers found caches of glass bottles, baseball bats, and metal poles hidden along the street. “As many of the protesters became more combative, to throw projectiles and attempt to grab officers’ weapons, officers then employed the use of smoke canisters and pepper balls to scatter protesters from the area,” according to the Park Police statement about the event.

President Trump then walked over to St. John’s church with his security team, Attorney General Barr and other officials, and stood in front of the church, silently, holding his Bible. St. John’s is known as the Church of Presidents because, from the time it was built in 1816, under James Madison, American presidents have prayed there. He obviously thought he was standing against the defacement of the church the night before.

On Tuesday, the outraged media and insurrection machine was in full froth, stating that the President had had peaceful protesters in Lafayette Square gassed and beaten in order to do a photo op, a fake story broadcast throughout the nation, which became the narrative leading into George Floyd’s funeral. This is what citizens throughout the world were told had happened: The President had peaceful protesters beaten and gassed to facilitate a photo op. Washington, D.C.’s Episcopal and Catholic leadership denounced the President’s visit to St. John’s church as blasphemous.

Enter Obama’s Generals

Then Obama’s generals started an organizing tour through the Pentagon, organizing current military leaders against using the military to restore order. Make no bones about it, it was an open revolt against the President of the United States. Generals James Mattis (former Secretary of Defense) and John Kelly (former White House Chief of Staff); and Martin Dempsey and Admiral Mike Mullen, both former Joint Chiefs Chairmen, all issued public statements attacking the President. Mark Esper, the current Secretary of Defense, called a press conference to distance the Pentagon from the President. This was the first of what will be similar events, going forward, which seek an outright putsch.

Then, the mass media’s soft totalitarianism manifested itself. Twitter censored the President’s tweets opposing Democratic plans for mass voting by mail in November. Anyone not expressing guilt for their white privilege was banned or censored from the nation’s news media. When Drew Brees, the quarterback for the New Orleans Saints, said he would never disrespect the American flag, he was denounced throughout the sports media and by his own team. He retracted his comment and vowed obeisance to Black Lives Matter. This writer believes Senator Tom Cotton is a war monger and a fool. But when the New York Times published his opinion piece urging the President to use troops to quell the violence, the entire staff of the paper revolted and the opinion page editor was canned. A similar event occurred at the Philadelphia Inquirer when that editor defended the fact that “buildings matter” too, decrying the property destruction which put many people out of business. He, too, was forced to resign.

A video appeared on the Fox News Tucker Carlson show in which someone representing themselves as Black Lives Matter confronted a white woman in Bethesda, a rich suburb of Washington, D.C. The woman, in luxury designer jeans and tee shirt, was told to kneel and apologize for her white privilege. She immediately complied. Tom Wolfe aptly and hilariously dissected just such a series of similar confrontations in the 1960s in his book Radical Chic & Mau-Mauing the Flak Catchers.

Many of the enraged and proudly “woke” college students who joined the demonstrations and the two young lawyers who threw Molotov cocktails into a police car in Brooklyn had been inculcated in their college educations with the idea that America was never anything other than a slaveocracy, that the American Revolution was a slave-holders’ revolt. This has been a core principle of American history courses in U.S. universities for some years now.

On Saturday, June 6, ten thousand protesters flooded the nation’s capital, finally protesting peacefully. Now, however, the “demands” of the protests’ leaders had been expanded. No longer were the protests about the murder of George Floyd and other black men and women, or, about somehow, right now, in this instant, redeeming the American character from its legacy of racism. Now, the demand was to “defund” or abolish the police.

On June 5, D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser followed up her May 30 incitement to charge the White House by demanding that all National Guard and military be removed from the City ahead of the anticipated June 6 mass event. On the same day, she painted Black Lives Matter in large letters in permanent yellow paint on the pavement of 16th Street NW. The portion of the street closest to the White House has been renamed Black Lives Matter Plaza by the RESIST Mayor. Washington, D.C. pays the expenses of the National Guard and is then reimbursed by the federal government. Since Bowser refused to pay, National Guard troops were evicted from their hotels on June 5.

Based on reports from police sources, Bowser was trying to point the June 6 mass event squarely toward the White House from her painted spot on 16th Street. Despite her best efforts, a violent assault did not occur on Saturday. And Bowser herself was called out by the protesters for taking mere token measures. She was booed on Saturday while protesters painted “Defund the Police” in the same glaring yellow paint on another block of the same street.

It is hardly accidental that Barack Obama re-emerged publicly in the midst of this chaos and confusion. Was the former president’s appearance occasioned by the murder of George Floyd and the need to use it to mobilize the black vote in November, or the fact that it is now obvious that Barack Obama personally was supervising the coup against his successor and his illegal role is about to be fully revealed? Or was it something even more sinister?

Obama gave a National Town Hall on June 3, ostensibly to stoke the most important constituency the Democratic Party counts on for its vote, something Joe Biden cannot do. On May 22, the gaffe-ridden and senile Biden had said to popular black radio host Charlamagne Tha God, “If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.” Turn out and vote Trump out, Obama counseled, in his Town Hall joint appearance with former Attorney General Eric Holder and Campaign Zero. Continue to protest and “make those in power very uncomfortable,” the former President of the United States said. Obama looked emotionally spaced out throughout the event, repeatedly, and, uncharacteristically, looking down, up, or otherwise away from the camera.

Consider the Force Driving This

There are lots of substories here, lots of possible smaller competing parts of the main dynamic that controls them. I could talk to you about Broken Windows Policing—the 1982 theory that the police are there to preserve social order as a primary mission, rather than to solve crimes. This policy, applied massively in New York City by Mayors Rudy Giuliani and Michael Bloomberg against black and minority populations, resulted in thousands of illegal stops and arrests. I could talk to you about the militarization of the police in the wake of 9/11, the resulting “warrior culture,” and the underfunding and under training of police departments—policies continued, ferociously, by Barack Obama.

I could talk to you about the horrible numbers concerning black-on-black crime and the fact that police killings of unarmed black men and women have occurred, overwhelmingly, in liberal Democratic cities paying lip service to “community” policing and “police reform” for years now. I could also point out that police shootings of unarmed white people vastly outnumber the horrible shootings of unarmed blacks.

I could also talk to you about Chicago, where heavily armed international drug cartels control major sections of the city and children are frequently shot in black neighborhoods. On the Memorial Day weekend alone, 84 people were shot and 23 were killed in Chicago. I could talk to you about the 1619 Project of the New York Times now being taught in the nation’s schools as American history—the idea that the American Revolution was a slaveholders revolt and that slavery in various forms has been the true nature of the American Republic always. The author of that piece, Nikole Hannah-Jones argued just this last week that looting was a “legitimate taking” rooted in black history.

And then, there is the virus. People had been cooped up under lockdown orders for months. The virus had killed black and Hispanic minorities in huge, disproportionate numbers. The same communities, employed in the service sector and the gig economy, were decimated by the lockdown order. Now, health officials, who were instructing everyone to lock down last week, are suddenly silent as people have crowded together in demonstrations throughout the nation. Some say the risk is low because the demonstrations are occurring “outdoors.” Others are desperately afraid that the protests have incubated a whole new outbreak. We will soon find out.

But, as I said, none of these substories is the actual dynamic at work. As noted, this is a coup against the Presidency and ultimately meant to disassemble the United States, through civil war or otherwise. The American Identity Movement known as the Boogaloo Boys, Steve Bannon’s Alt Right Gamers, Antifa, as well as the various iterations of #BlackLivesMatter, all of whom took advantage of George Floyd’s murder to advance their agendas, support, in one form or another, precisely this goal. It is also no accident that various websites advertising themselves as Antifa in the U.S., link directly to the Extinction Rebellion, the climate catastrophe movement calling for massive population reduction and communitarian social structures world-wide. And, you can expect to see more white violence against protesters which will be linked to the Klan.

Defunding and Dismantling the Police

As I write this, mayors in Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York City, and other locations are seriously considering abolishing their police forces or seriously cutting their budgets and redirecting the funds to “the community,” a central demand of Black Lives Matter. “Community control” is now the allegedly brand new and revolutionary slogan, despite its existence as a social engineering tool employed since the 1960s by the Ford Foundation and others, to destroy and displace Martin Luther King’s fight for actual social justice.

Actual social justice takes the form of productive jobs and rising wages, rather than stopping insults and “microaggressions” against one’s persona. It takes the form of reliable healthcare and an education, at the highest levels possible for your children. Presumably, in cities stripped of their “police oppressors,” when you call 911, you will be rewarded with a social worker or a community-based privatized “guardian.”

As I write this, following the events of the last two weeks, numerous cops are resigning, 600 reportedly, in New York City alone. They say they cannot do their jobs in communities which hate them and will commit unpunished violence against them as the result of the actions of their mayors.

So, What Exactly Is #BlackLivesMatter?

When Lyndon LaRouche’s National Caucus of Labor Committees was first formed, LaRouche proposed that the place to find the authors of “systemic racism” was in the Anglo-Dutch imperium, in the divide-and-conquer counterinsurgency techniques and identity politics used to control subject populations for centuries. The central plank of British imperial colonial policy for decades was that when the subjects get restless, manipulate them to kill each other, using racial or religious divisions as the triggers, if possible. Create synthetic identities in which subjects view themselves as subjects, not citizens, as helpless victims of circumstance, particularly of the genetic variety. The purgative violence advocated by such fake revolutionaries as Franz Fanon, will let the pressure off if things get out of hand. Fanon, it is reported, is a huge favorite on the Antifa reading list.

Thus, Labor Committee investigators found that Amiri Baraka’s emergence as a black nationalist leader of Newark’s black population in the wake of the 1967 riots had been sponsored by top intelligence agencies and the Prudential Insurance Company. He was one of the first of what was to be a long line of black leaders who could channel legitimate battles for productive jobs and higher living standards nationwide into dead-end localized battles for “community control” and white respect for “black identity.”

Dr. King was assassinated precisely because he shifted the civil rights movement to fighting a war on poverty and the lifting of the entire population into the middle and upper classes. The starkest contrast to the program of #BlackLivesMatter, detailed below, is found in the official program of the NAACP in the 1970s. That program fought hard for the expansion of nuclear energy throughout the United States as the precondition for the expansion of the black population and its accession to higher living standards.

Similarly, LaRouche’s Labor Committees intervened into the 1968 New York Teacher’s Strike on behalf of the teachers who opposed “community control of the schools.” We argued that this would invariably result in a lowering of educational standards and opportunities for minority populations. In the course of this intervention, the Labor Committees discovered that the entire idea of community control had been invented by London’s Tavistock Institute, working in the U.S. with the Ford Foundation and the Rand Corporation, as part of a grand plan to drastically shrink New York’s population while controlling the remaining working and lower classes by balkanizing them into readily controlled, racially homogenous, strategic hamlets.

The community control movement was the necessary predecessor to Felix Rohatyn’s 1970s bankers’ dictatorship in which the Rand and Ford Foundation “plan” for the city was implemented. Real estate interests paid arsonists to burn whole sections of the city down. The ranks of police, fire, sanitation, and other municipal workers were decimated. The community-controlled hamlets were powerless to mount the necessary class-wide opposition to Rohatyn and his banker friends in a mass strike.

In a 1997 review for EIR magazine, my late and brilliant colleague, Mark Burdman, called attention to a similar legitimacy crisis plaguing the globalist order as that which is occurring ferociously now. There was fierce nationalist ferment against the economic looting of subject populations under the neo-liberal free trade regime.

In his review of the book, When Corporations Rule the World, by David Korten, Burdman first notes that Korten is, unsurprisingly, a Ford Foundation operative, who supports “local community control” as a solution to the sins of the globalists. Burdman points out that while Korten delivers a very accurate and stunning critique of the crimes of the neo-liberal globalist system, his fanatical devotion to community control leads him, ineluctably, to support the demolition of the sovereign nation state and the eruption of British-backed secessionist insurgencies. Indeed, Korten exclaims:

The present political movement in the United States, toward greater local authority, and autonomy is in part a response to the fact that the United States has reached an unmanageable size and complexity…. It makes good sense to devolve to the individual states many of the powers once lodged at the national level, including the power to regulate commerce and trade.

Then Korten drops his mask, revealing his awful Malthusian essence:

A fivefold increase in economic output since 1950 has pushed human demands on the ecosystem beyond what the planet is capable of sustaining [and has resulted in the rise of] crime, violence, and societal disintegration…. The continuing quest for economic growth as the organizing principle of public policy is accelerating the breakdown of the eco-system’s regenerative capacities and the social fabric that sustains human community; at the same time it is intensifying the competition for resources between the rich and the poor…. Having reached the limits of the materialistic vision of the scientific and industrial era … we are now on the threshold of an ecological era called into being by the Ecological Revolution grounded in a more holistic view of the spiritual and material aspects of our nature.

Unsurprisingly, this alleged opponent of globalization and corporations ends up in bed with Thomas Malthus and the current Extinction Rebellion operation to eliminate whole swaths of the population based on the myth of an impending climate apocalypse.

“What is the goal of all of this?” Mark Burdman asked. “World government at the top and ‘communities’ at the bottom.”

#BlackLivesMatter T-shirts are worn by many of those protesting. Their hashtag is written everywhere. But do the hundreds of thousands of people who have taken to the streets actually understand who these people are? Do they understand that they do not believe in God? Do they understand that they seek the destruction of the nuclear family? Do they understand that they consider any leadership of society to be patriarchal, hopelessly male, and a threatening manifestation of the authoritarian personality? Is this really what the black community, steeped in the church and in family, has come to embrace?

Those who genuinely are appalled about George Floyd’s murder and want to ensure something like this never happens again, are being duped when they mindlessly shout this slogan. Just read these extracts straight from the Black Lives Matter mission statement.

WHAT WE BELIEVE: Four years ago, what is now known as the Black Lives Matter Global Network began to organize. It started out as a chapter-based, member-led organization whose mission was to build local power and to intervene when violence was inflicted on Black communities by the state and vigilantes.

In the years since, we’ve committed to struggling together and to imagining and creating a world free of anti-Blackness, where every Black person has the social, economic, and political power to thrive….

Enraged by the death of Trayvon Martin and the subsequent acquittal of his killer, George Zimmerman, and inspired by the 31-day takeover of the Florida State Capitol by POWER U and the Dream Defenders, we took to the streets….

Ferguson helped to catalyze a movement to which we’ve all helped give life…

We are guided by the fact that all Black lives matter, regardless of actual or perceived sexual identity, gender identity, gender expression, economic status, ability, disability, religious beliefs or disbeliefs, immigration status, or location.

We make space for transgender brothers and sisters to participate and lead.

We are self-reflexive and do the work required to dismantle cisgender privilege and uplift Black trans folk, especially Black trans women who continue to be disproportionately impacted by trans-antagonistic violence.

We build a space that affirms Black women and is free from sexism, misogyny, and environments in which men are centered….

We make our spaces family-friendly and enable parents to fully participate with their children. We dismantle the patriarchal practice that requires mothers to work “double shifts” so that they can mother in private even as they participate in public justice work.

We disrupt the Western-prescribed nuclear family structure requirement by supporting each other as extended families and “villages” that collectively care for one another, especially our children, to the degree that mothers, parents, and children are comfortable.

We foster a queer?affirming network. When we gather, we do so with the intention of freeing ourselves from the tight grip of heteronormative thinking, or rather, the belief that all in the world are heterosexual (unless s/he or they disclose otherwise).

The Black Lives Matter D.C. chapter adds the following linguistic formulas:

BLM DC is a radical collective of Black artists, infrastructure builders and movement healers and strategists from the future, organizing in the here and now around two movement equations. These equations inform how we live as our highest selves while dismantling White Supremacy, Patriarchy, Capitalism, Imperialism, and the role the state plays in supporting them.

BLM DC believes Organized Resistance + Continual Healing + Consistent Spaces for Centering Black Joy = Liberation. This means we believe that we can be liberated right now through centering healing and joy in our daily lives. We also think there are obstacles like state sanctioned violence that limit our ability to live as the liberated people we are capable of being and thus organized resistance is necessary. The other side of this equation is one we have borrowed from the Buddhist Peace Fellowship, it helps us frame the way we integrate healing with organized resistance. It is a similar equation of Building + Blocking + Being. Our organized resistance BUILDS campaigns to dismantle systems of oppression while BUILDING liberated spaces, our healing spaces BLOCK oppressive beliefs and racial trauma while BUILDING resilience, our centering of Black Joy reminds of why we fight and lets us BE resilient and free together thereby making us stronger BUILDERS.

You are with me if you find all of this extremely cultish. It has pretty much no relationship to the ideals of Martin Luther King, who believed that black folks could and should run the world economy, practice in the highest realms of science and discovery, conquer space. As I noted before, compare this with the NAACP platform in the 1970s, insisting on a campaign for nuclear power because it was necessary for the expansion and uplifting of the black population.

Up until 2015, BLM was largely a social media centered response corps, centered around Blackbird Strategies, a social media strategy firm. They reasoned that they needed nothing other than a loose organizational structure as long as they had a powerful presence on social media and were able, thereby, to effectively record and respond to incidents of police brutality throughout the country.

In 2015, efforts were made to further structure and fund this movement. The Movement for Black Lives emerged out of a July 2015 convention held at Cleveland State University. Now there were actual political planks, some of them quite useful, like the restoration of Glass-Steagall, coupled with demands for reparations, wealth redistribution, an end to policing and incarceration, climate action, and, of course, “community control” of everything. But, for the most part, the platform was centered in the 1960s 10-point program of the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense with the addition of the Green New Deal.

And, as always, in 2015, following the Cleveland meeting, the Ford Foundation immediately stepped forward with a pledge to partner with Borealis Philanthropy to create a $100 million Black Led Movement Fund. This was on top of the $33 million to the cause already donated by George Soros’ various organizations and John Podesta’s Center for American Progress. In addition, the Democracy Alliance, the group of Silicon Valley billionaires who have otherwise functioned as the funding spigot for the coup against Donald Trump, provided beaucoup millions. The Movement for Black Lives also received huge support from the nation’s pro athletes and Hollywood.

Even more radical spinoff movements, like Resist Fascism, an anti-Trump radical group which often appears with Antifa, received funding from more traditional, international radical left funders, including the Alliance for Global Justice. Campaign Zero and Color of Change emerged to the right of the Movement for Black Lives, integrating themselves into the Democratic Party on a program almost solely focused on police reform.

Now, of course, as the result of the last two weeks, money is pouring in across the entire spectrum.

Which Revolution, the American one or the French?

Anyone who insists there is not racism in the United States has their eyes closed, and our history, in this respect, is hardly admirable. But, as Lyndon LaRouche specified, in memorializing Martin Luther King, the key to renewing a nation is to go to the “have nots” and lift them up. You fight for the general welfare, as specified in the Preamble to our Constitution, sacrificing your life in that pursuit if necessary; you use your God-given talent to that end.

In a speech at Oxford University in December of 2016, London’s favorite genocidal American oligarch Michael Bloomberg said he had no idea what to do with the forgotten men and women since they lacked the “gray matter” for what Bloomberg and Barack Obama call the “new economy.”

LaRouche PAC, by contrast, proposes a program to create real productive jobs, jobs which can support families with children and fire the imaginations of all of our citizens in a grand mission. It leads with the profound discoveries awaiting us in space exploration. It involves massive new infrastructure building and repair, decartelization of the farm sector, newly reconstructed and modern cities, a huge dedication within the federal budget to basic research and development and science, and a massive educational apprenticeship and training program that assures that every child has the opportunity to become an astronaut, the discoverer of cures to disease, or to otherwise cultivate and use the creative genius inherent in human beings.

It also involves discovering actual American history and the American system of political economy, and its struggle against—and numerous temporary conquests of—the imperial systems of Europe, now located in the City of London banking cartel, the imperial systems that invented and profited from the slave trade.

The 18th Century saw two revolutions, the American Revolution and the French Revolution. The American Constitution was born of a war with the British Empire and the emergence of an elite schooled in the best traditions of Gottfried Leibniz, Johannes Kepler, and other Renaissance thinkers, and based on the idea that all men and women are divine participants in ongoing creation. Our forefathers invented a society which had never existed before on the Earth and fought to make it conform to the ideas set forth in both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution.

The veterans of the American Revolution, including Lafayette, tried to spread its ideas to a Europe still inhabited and controlled by the British oligarchy. But, the French Revolution devolved to a bloodbath in which most of the great French intelligentsia were massacred by the mob. As the great poet Friedrich Schiller characterized it, a “great moment had found a little people.” We cannot afford to be little now.
