The mobilization by antifa and related anarchist groups against Columbus Day, which was celebrated yesterday in the U.S., has nothing to do with the defense of indigenous people, as many city and state governments would have you believe when they changed Columbus Day to Indigenous People Day. An Open Letter to President Donald Trump in Defense of Columbus, written by Liliana Gorini, the Chairwoman of Movisol, the LaRouche-affiliated movement in Italy, which presents the broader historic context of the Renaissance movement behind the Columbus voyage, has been circulated in the Congress, around the nation, and to the many participants of the celebrations today of Columbus Day. President Trump has responded to the destruction in Texas, Florida and Puerto Rico with a profound recognition that it was precisely the collapse of infrastructure across our land that created the devestation caused by those storms, and has declared that we can no longer accept the lie that the private sector would, or could, do anything to rectify that decay. He has said, to the horror of Wall Street, that the Puerto Rican debt cannot be paid — a self evident fact — and that it must simply be written off.

This then begs the question of the LaRouche Emergency Plan of Action. Restoring the Hamiltonian system of national credit is literally the only means by which the trillions of dollars required to both repair the nation’s decrepit infracture, and restore the nation’s historic scientific and industrial strength, can be generated. President Donald Trump, near the end of his visit to Puerto Rico Oct. 3, stated the obvious truth about the situation: Devastation has wiped out the estimated $72 billion in Puerto Rican debt, along with the entire infrastructure base of the island; its economy must be rebuilt for the people. Wall Street has gone ballistic. The President’s assertion of reality has called the question on the Wall Street system. Trump spoke in an interview with Geraldo Rivera, shown on Fox News, on Hannity last night. Asked about rebuilding, Trump said, “We have to look at their whole debt structure. You know, they owe a lot of money to your friends on Wall Street. And we’re going to have to wipe that out…. You’re going to say goodbye to that. I don’t know if it’s Goldman Sachs, but whoever it is, you can wave goodbye to that. We’re going to have to do something about that. The debt was massive on the island…We are going to help the people out.”

The President then added:

“We are going to get the electric going again. You know, that was a complete wipeout. That wasn’t like a couple of poles that came down. That was generating plants. That was a lot of very valuable equipment, but it was equipment in bad shape. But we’re going to put it in good shape.”

Right away came the squawks from Wall Street. To begin with, Mick Mulvaney, Office of Management and Budget, started speaking out, to try to walk back what Trump said. Mulvaney told CNN, “I wouldn’t take it word for word with that…” The New York Times first put out the questioning headline early this morning, “Trump Vows to Wipe Out Puerto Rico’s Debt, Can He Do That?” Then The Times issued a second version, “White House Dials Back Trump’s Vow to Clear Puerto Rico’s Debt.”

But the truth is the truth. Not only the economy of the entire island of Puerto Rico has been destroyed, but — to a greater or lesser degree — there are some 90 million people suffering from disasters all across the mid-latitudes of the American Hemisphere, stretching from earthquakes in Pacific Mexico, to the hurricane belt reaching to the Caribbean’s Leeward Islands, with the Gulf States in between. In Puerto Rico, the initial stage of rescue and emergency relief is still underway. Military and civilian teams are working to the max, and received Trump’s congratulations yesterday. Things never done before are being done, to overcome the crisis, such as the Army Corps of Engineers commander’s report last night that they are trying an air-drop to stabilize the broken spillway at the Guajataca Dam—a 100-year-old earthern structure at risk.

The ultimate rebuilding phase for Puerto Rico cannot be merely an extrapolation of these rescue operations, nor even the eventual stabilization phase of response to the disaster. You can’t run an economy on diesel generators and bottled water. The island needs its first-ever rail network (It had only 10.7 miles of urban transit). Its first-ever nuclear power plants. And, for example, the fulfillment of the intention of Ponce, on Puerto Rico’s south coast, to become the “Port of the Americas,” on the world maritime Silk Road.

The necessity to link up with the Belt and Road Initiative is clear. Look, for example, at what is now happening in Haiti—right in the center of America’s hurricane and earthquake zone. China and the Mayor of Port au Prince have announced a multi-billion-dollar program to rebuild the city and hinterlands, including storm defenses, power, and water supplies, safe residences and all, to a new, productive level. Look at the contrast with how the Obama Administration, acting for Wall Street, flatly refused the proposal to take an ‘Army Corps of Engineers’ approach to save and rebuild in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake, with subsequent disease and suffering over the last seven years.

We can now expect—after Trump’s remarks—an escalation of the already-outrageous attacks on him. Remember what hit President Bill Clinton, after he said in September, 1998, that the world needed a “new financial architecture.” Within three months, impeachment proceedings were started against him. The history of Empire is the history of “divide and conquer.” At a moment of transformation in human history, as we are experiencing today, with the great potential for a new paradigm for all Mankind based on the New Silk Road policy for global development, one should look at major destabilizations with a sharp sense of smell, for the filthy spoor of Empire.

As Helga Zepp-LaRouche reminded the world today: the Nation State is the enemy of Empire. The British Empire has always promoted the idea of a “Europe of the regions,” based on ethnic and religious differences, convenient for destabilizations of uncooperative nation states. Who is behind the Catalonia crisis, threatening not only Spain but all of Europe? Who divided Cameroon into English and French speaking sectors after World War I, and activated the call for independence of the Anglophone sector at this time, leading to 17 deaths today and potential chaos tomorrow? Note that China is now Cameroon’s leading trading partner, as it is with nations across most of Africa, and is, for example, building an undersea cable from Cameroon to Brazil that will serve all the nations of Africa and South America.

Why has Israel so openly supported the Kurdish referendum, which destabilizes not only Iraq, but also Iran, Syria, and Turkey, whose governments have been targeted by London and Wall Street?

The very strange, horrific murder spree in Las Vegas must not be dismissed without following the spoor, rather than accepting the “lone assassin” story which has so often been used to obscure the truth.

Perhaps the most classic case of British divide and conquer is the setting in motion of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, which has been used to divide the entire world for the last century. Today, it is a test case for the two paradigms facing mankind. Today, the two Palestinian movements, Fatah and Hamas, are meeting in Gaza to discuss reconciliation of Palestinian governance. Most press accounts and “expert analysis” dismiss this effort as doomed, for the same reasons that similar efforts have failed in the past.

But there is a difference today — the Belt and Road Initiative. A Palestinian businessman, Munib Al-Masri, announced on Sunday a plan to create a company devoted to developing projects in the Gaza Strip in support of China’s Belt and Road Initiative. Al-Masri is deputy chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce for the Silk Road. The chairman of this institution, Lu Jianzhong, who is President of CCCC International Holding Limited in China, has been involved in building infrastructure across Africa, and visited the West Bank last week, meeting with President Abbas and Economy Minister Odeh.

It is precisely the New Silk Road which can change the Imperial geometry of history, and which can create peace through development. The reconstruction of Syria, for example, has already begun through the international cooperation of Russia, China, and others involved in the Belt and Road process.

There is every reason to believe that this historic New Silk Road process can succeed in truly uniting the world in the new paradigm. President Trump has said that he wants to make America great again through cooperation with other great nation states, which each put their nation and people first, but work together in harmony with all other nation states. This was the basis of the Peace of Westphalia of 1648, ending the religious wars in Europe and creating the modern nation state. This is the harmony of Confucius, which has inspired China’s miraculous rise out of poverty over the past decades after the nightmare of the Cultural Revolution.

The coup attempt against President Trump by the criminal gang around Robert Mueller can and must be crushed, using the LaRouchePAC and EIR dossier prepared for that purpose. Robert Mueller Is an Amoral Legal Assassin: He Will Do His Job If You Let Him

Steve Bannon, the recently departed White House aide to President Trump, is frantically mobilizing support for his plan to drive the United States into a geopolitical, imperial, economic war against China — i.e., to sabotage Trump’s stated intention to work closely with China in rebuilding the crumbling U.S. infrastructure, and potentially bringing the U.S. into the New Silk Road process of building infrastructure around the world. A September 28 cover story on Bannon in Bloomberg’s Businessweek spells out his intentions, in a piece titled: “Bannon’s Back and Targeting China,” with the kicker: “From Birmingham to Beijing, the former Trump strategist is leading a movement of his own, now warning of the forced technology transfer of American innovation to China — and working with Henry Kissinger.”

Helga Zepp-LaRouche, speaking by video to the Saturday LaRouchePAC Manhattan Project Town Hall meeting in New York City on September 30, identified the danger this Bannon operation represents. She pointed to the Obama/Hillary networks and their neocon fellows on the Republican side, who are committed to stopping Trump’s effort to work closely with Russia and China, now joined by “the Bannon factor trying to work on Trump, to try to pit him against China. I think this is strategic, and we absolutely have to counter that because the knowledge or the perception about what China is actually doing in the West is absolutely wrong.”

The reality that China is taking huge leaps in nearly every area of science, technology and industry is no longer questioned in the British and Wall Street circles. But rather than looking at the fantastic transformation of the Chinese economy as an opportunity for cooperation in restoring growth to the Western economies and the world as a whole, they describe it as an existential threat to their unipolar power, and to their capacity to prop up their bankrupt financial system through further austerity and looting of the real economy here and around the world.

Nowhere is this more clear than in Puerto Rico. The lying mainstream press is run screaming headlines that Trump is ignoring the people of Puerto Rico, despite the massive ongoing military and civilian mobilization to restore the devastated island and its people — a mobilization duly praised by the Governor of Puerto Rico and by their representative to the U.S. Congress. The truth of the intentional destruction of that suffering island by the Obama Administration and his Wall Street sponsors can no longer be suppressed. It was Obama who signed the bill last year giving a hand-picked panel the power to take over Puerto Rico’s finances from their elected government, imposing deadly austerity on their hospitals, the electrical grid and more, leaving them literally helpless in the face of the hurricane — all to put the demands of debt (most of it illegitimate) ahead of the needs of the people. President Trump’s reference to the debt crisis in Puerto Rico, which existed long before the hurricane, reflects his increasing recognition over the past week that the private sector has done nothing, and {will} do nothing, to address either the current crisis or the underlying causes.

Trump decided last week that the initial cleanup in Puerto Rico will be 100% covered by the government, and then, the next day, announced that his $1 trillion infrastructure plan would no longer involve private sector involvement — the so-called PPP model — but would be 100% financed by national and local government. Of course, this begs the question of where the national and local governments will get the funds — a question that can only be answered by the LaRouche Four Laws approach, to restore the Hamiltonian credit system, to replace the now bankrupt British monetary system which has increasingly taken over both the U.S. and European nations over the past 50 years.

Mrs. Zepp-LaRouche, in her Saturday remarks, addressed this crisis of civilization from the positive perspective which has driven the policies of her and her husband Lyndon LaRouche over this past half-century, what she called “the New Silk Road spirit:” “And the Silk Road spirit is powerful!” she said. “It is something which I think can be injected in every other country.”

She referenced the difficult time when LaRouche and several of his associates were imprisoned by the Bush family — implemented by the same Robert Mueller and his corrupt cohorts who are now running a coup attempt against President Trump — adding: “What kept me going all the time, was that I knew that what we are doing is a policy based on the physical laws of the Universe; that what we are doing in promoting scientific and technological progress, of having an image of Man which is in cohesion with the creative forces of the Universe; that therefore, what we say is within natural law, and our opponents are working against natural law, and therefore they cannot succeed.

“So you have to somehow develop a perspective which is not bound and not affected by your daily environment and your daily experience, but you have to inform your vision about something else: you have to have an idea where mankind should be in 100 years from now. You should have an idea of what are the physical laws of this Universe, and why our opponents are just poor, opinionated idiots who cannot succeed.

“I think if you take an international aspect as your reference point, you will be much better in a position to be an American patriot, because you are a world citizen first, and therefore you are affected by oppressive environments, and that is how I have been doing it — and that works, I can assure you.”

The attempted assassination of President Reagan and the wild slander campaign and frameup against Lyndon LaRouche—the “Donald Trump treatment” which LaRouche was given—were intended to destroy back then, the world policy which is today being led by China and Russia. Worldwide, the policy of Mueller’s employers has failed. Ours has succeeded.

But do the American people know this? They have no inkling of it. A whole different world has been inaugurated, a New Paradigm as different from the world of the 20th Century, as was the European Medieval world from the Italian Renaissance, as Helga Zepp-LaRouche expressed it again today in an interview with “Rogue Money Radio.” This is a secret more carefully hidden than all the lies of “Russiagate.” But just follow the trail Barbara Boyd lays out, and it’s inescapable. This New Paradigm is already there—we must join it. And, as the U.S. confronts a string of natural disasters which require LaRouche’s policy to overcome them and turn our economy around, while at the same time, President Trump prepares for a November state visit to China—this is the moment we must seize to do it.

Today, EIR posted its weekly edition (dated Sept. 29), featuring, “Robert Mueller Is an Amoral Legal Assassin: He Will Do His Job If You Let Him.” The 26-page dossier presents the traitorous identity and role of Robert Swan Mueller III, in terms of long-standing, dirty operations against the nation, against patriot-statesman Lyndon LaRouche, against the victims and their families of 9/11, and others. The fact that such stinking operatives as Mueller have been able to continue in their dirty work so long, is not for lack of “information” as such, among the public—though the population is deprived of knowledge. Instead, it reflects mind-control operations to divert and demoralize people into contrived grievances, such as condemning Christopher Columbus as an ‘oppressor.’

This cultural degradation is being done deliberately by Renaissance-deniers, to be able to perpetrate actual physical crimes against humanity. They are furthering a police-state dynamic to deter anyone from daring to object, or even question what is going on. But we can break the back of these treasonous operations.

One impetus favorable to this breakout, comes from the human desire to save lives and build a future, seen in the victims and relief volunteers amidst the floods and rubble of the widespread disasters that have hit the Americas. As President Enrique Pena Nieto said in a speech to the nation last night, “I know that many of you feel fear and anguish, but let me tell you that we are going to devote special care to the task of protecting the population… My greatest priority is to protect your life and that of your family… We shall continue to show that we are a people who don’t give up in the face of adversity, and are prepared to move forward.”

Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean islands are still in the rescue phase of emergency operations; then comes the building-an-economy phase, which will require military-scale logistics. Florida, Texas, and the other states, plus Mexico, face huge rebuilding, and building-anew.

This reality calls the question on credit—where will the funds come from? The answer was provided, pre-disaster, by Lyndon LaRouche in his 2014 “Four Laws,” on banking, credit, scientific and economic take-off. Now the reality of the disasters is driving home LaRouche’s point; We are human. We can create credit. We can build and create progress.

A glimmer of recognition came yesterday at a White House meeting on infrastructure and `tax reform.’ According to attendees at the bipartisan session, Pres. Trump said that Federal funding, not PPP-funding, is the way to go for revving up infrastructure-building. The Federal—plus state and local—government funding for infrastructure, may mean relying on tax revenue and more debt, but government partnerships with private interests “are certainly not the silver bullet for all of our nation’s infrastructure problems,” according to a White House official who participated in the bipartisan meeting. “We will,” he said, “continue to consider all viable options.” In particular, Trump spoke of “long-term” support for Puerto Rico. How to carry out this perspective—both short- and long-term—is spelled out in the LaRouche Emergency Plan of Action, issued by LaRouchePAC on Aug. 31, in the middle of Hurricane Harvey.

Beyond the immediate, emergency relief operations in Puerto Rico, we need to look “over the horizon,” is the way Gen. Joseph Dunford, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, spoke of the military’s ongoing role in the Caribbean. Dunford was answering specific questions on military aid logistics at a hearing in the Senate yesterday.

But it is now overdue to look even higher and wider: the New Silk Road throughout the Americas, is just ‘over the horizon!’

Executive Intelligence Review News Service will release on Thursday in this week’s EIR a dossier titled “Robert Mueller Is an Amoral Legal Assassin: He Will Do His Job If You Let Him.” The dossier demonstrates that the ongoing coup attempt against President Donald Trump is being run by the same people who imprisoned Lyndon LaRouche in the 1980s and who prevented the exposure of the role of the Saudis and their British controllers in the terrorist attack on the United States on 9/11/2001. The intention in all three criminal and traitorous acts was to prevent the United States from breaking from the British Empire, returning to the American System of political economy, and joining forces with Russia and China—our allies in defeating fascism in World War II—to defeat the international terrorist apparatus of today, so as to work together in building the world through the New Silk Road process, now being implemented under Chinese leadership.

EIR and its founder Lyndon LaRouche call on all citizens of the world to circulate this dossier widely, as the necessary means of preventing the further descent into chaos and war.

The American population has demonstrated their disgust with the failed effort to claim Russia stole the election from the gullible Americans, and the equally failed effort to portray Trump as both a Russian puppet and a white supremacist. All that is left is the British Star Chamber run by Robert Swan Mueller III, based on his fraudulent appointment as special prosecutor, and the fraudulent document prepared by British MI6 agent Christopher Steele about Trump’s supposed subservience to Russian blackmail.

The FBI is now openly obstructing justice by refusing to turn over to the U.S. Congress the documents relating to their cooperation with British Intelligence agent Steele.

The election in Germany on Sunday saw the collapse of the two parties which have led Germany since World War II, rendering Germany—until now the only relatively stable nation in Europe —in an ungovernable state of chaos. Helga Zepp-LaRouche, whose candidacy for Chancellor was blacked out by the European press (even while being interviewed prominently in the Chinese press!), noted that this was yet another demonstration that the austerity and economic hardships imposed by the bankrupt Anglo-American financial system has turned the citizens of Europe and the U.S. against all forms of the failed post-war leadership. This was evidenced by the Brexit, by the Trump election, by revolts against the EU in southern Europe, and now by the breakdown in Germany.

The alternative is clear before us all, as presented by LaRouche’s Emergency Plan to restore the American System in the West, and by the United States fully engaging in the New Silk Road process of global win-win development. It is precisely because President Trump has indicated an intention to do both these things that the British and their hit-men on Wall Street and in the leftover Obama intelligence community are frantically trying to depose him.

The Schiller Institute, founded and chaired by Helga Zepp-LaRouche, will escalate its campaigns in the U.S. in the coming days. The Sunday national election in Germany has, as expected, left the nation in a state of chaos. Both of the traditional leading parties were crushed, while the third largest party is now the newly created Alternative for Germany (AfD), a right-wing party, without a program, which emerged through anti-refugee fear mongering. Chancellor Merkel’s CDU-CSU coalition took only 33% of the vote — the party’s worst total since 1949 — while the SPD, which has been in a coalition with Merkel since the 2013 election, received only 20.5% — their worst total since the time of Bismark!

Merkel must attempt to form a coalition government. The SPD had earlier asserted that it will not continue in the current coalition, and will probably stick to that position. The likely partners Merkel will approach are the Free Democratic Party (FDP) and the Greens — two parties with vastly different policies from Merkel and from each other. Even Merkel admits that she is not likely to form a government until the end of the year. A new snap election is a possibility, but is not likely to get a different result.

While the AfD is not a fascist party, it includes extreme right-wing elements and racists. It will now have 94 seats in the 709 member Bundestag.

Helga Zepp-LaRouche, who was the Chancellor candidate for the Büso Party, described the result as catastrophic, given that Germany was the last relatively stable government in Europe. She issued the following statement today (translated from the German), identifying the cause of the crisis and the necessary solutions, which Büso will pursue with increased vigor.

September 25, 2017 — The political landslide that made the Alternative for Germany (AFD) the third largest party in Germany, as well as the winner in Saxony and the second largest force in the other states in the east of the country, is yet another expression of the rejection of the neoliberal policy, which led to the Brexit and to the defeat of Hillary Clinton. Chancellor Angela Merkel’s comment that the CDU/CSU is still the strongest group in the Bundestag against which no one could govern — just some one million voters had walked away from it — shows that Mrs. Merkel is just as unwilling as Hillary Clinton to admit the reasons for her poor performance.

The parties in the Grand Coalition [cdu-spd] were punished for their neo-liberal policy, for Hartz4 [labor market reform], for the balanced budget policy, which have driven a growing percentage of the population into precariousness in spite of abundant tax revenues. What has occurred is exactly what I had already warned of in the Brexit, Trump’s electoral victory and the referendum on changing the Italian constitution: this wave will continue until the injustices of the neo-liberal policy have been eliminated.

The absurdity of this election campaign became clear in the so-called “elephants round” [a talk show with the “heavyweight” candidates]. After the media and the candidates of the established parties had presented an election campaign void of any of the great issues, this talk show, after the election, turned into a slugfest, in which the participants at least gave free rein to their frustrations. Anne Will [the television reporter] made a point of challenging Alexander Gauland [leader of the AfD] to admit that the AfD is only against things, but has no solutions. That is true, of course, but solutions are also not to be found in the two major parties, or in the other three that are now in the Bundestag.

The elephant in the living room of the “elephants round” is the imminent new financial crash, which threatens to dwarf that of 2007/2008. The Büso intends to increase its efforts for the implementation of a global Glass-Steagall system of bank separation as the only way to prevent uncontrolled chaos, together with friendly forces in different European nations and the United States.

The Büso will also escalate its campaign to get Germany and the other European countries to take up China’s offer to work together in building the New Silk Road. That is the only way to develop the economies of Eastern and central Europe and the Balkans, and to industrialize the Middle East and Africa. Building the New Silk Road offers the only avenue to surmounting the causes of the refugee wave in a humane way. The Büso fought for that during the election campaign, and will do so even more now. And our policy will prevail, despite the censorship, because it is in the interest of Germany and of all mankind.

The German-language service of Xinhua, China’s official news agency, published the following interview with Schiller Institute founder Helga Zepp-LaRouche on September 17 provided here in a draft English translation.

China’s “Belt and Road” initiative can promote world peace and reduce geopolitical rivalries along its route, said Helga Zepp-LaRouche, the founder of the German Schiller Institute think-tank Sunday.

“Many of today’s world crises have their roots in the lack of economic development. Economic development is today a new synonym for peace, and the Chinese ‘Belt and Road’ initiative offers them development,” Mrs. LaRouche said during an interview with Xinhua.

She noted that the initiative proposed by the Chinese government, seen in the large, makes the interest of mankind as a whole the priority, before national and regional interests. She said that if leading world forces like Russia and Germany are able to actively join these efforts, this will solve many of the existing problems.

“It is a recipe for peace, development, and the overcoming of poverty,” she said.

According to the statistics, China’s direct investments into countries along the “Belt and Road” initiative have amounted to more than $60 billion over the past four years, while Chinese businesses have set up 56 economic and trade cooperation zones in over 20 countries, which have generated almost $1.1 billion in tax-receipts and created 180,000 workplaces.

The Schiller Institute, an international “bank” for political and economic ideas headquartered in Germany, has published a report which describes the New Silk Road as a land-bridge, while forecasting that the Chinese initiative would have no limits, and might tie all five continents together, and allow them to cooperate in a “win-win” perspective, Mrs. LaRouche said.

Discussing the upcoming parliamentary elections in Germany on Sept. 24, Mrs. LaRouche said that the competing parties, like the Christian Democratic Union (CDU), led by Chancellor Angela Merkel, and the Social Democratic Party (SPD), led by former European Parliament President Martin Schulz, had not made their views clear on prospective cooperation with China. Mrs. LaRouche, who leads a smaller party called Civil Rights Movement Solidarity, (Bürgerrechtsbewegung Solidarität, BüSo), called on the incoming German political establishment to engage itself further in the “Belt and Road” initiative.

Although the election results “are fairly clear and Merkel will probably be re-elected as Chancellor,” Mrs. LaRouche suggested that the new government should focus more on what China has offered and is offering.

“The Eastern European countries, the Balkans, Italy, Spain, Switzerland and Austria are already acting with more enthusiasm than the current German government…. People will recognize that cooperation with China is in their fundamental interest, especially in industry,” she said.

The great question posed to us by history at this moment, which stands to determine the course of future history, and even whether there will be future history, is whether or not the United States, under President Donald Trump, will join fully with China and Russia in the great project of the World Land-Bridge, while implementing the Four Laws of Lyndon LaRouche.

President Trump’s Sept. 19 speech to the United Nations, which has been deliberately, completely distorted by the lying trans-Atlantic media, showed anyone who would take the time to read it, how close we are to being able finally to make these historic changes for the better—if we act now. As indicated in the short excerpts below, President Trump’s actual, but unreported speech, was a passionate appeal to the power of the soverign nation-state to improve the fate and condition of humanity, and for sovereign nation-states to join efforts in behalf of the human species, and, in effect, foster a new renaissance. Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov was responding correctly to the thrust of President Trump’s address as a whole, when he characterized it as “remarkable,” and “a very welcome statement, which we haven’t heard from an American leader for a very long time.”

At the same time, the harsh denunciations against four foreign governments were there as well. There is no need to repeat them here, because they are the only thing the media has covered from that speech, forever repeating and expanding on them. But they were ill-advised, and they increase the danger of war.

Our efforts now can make the difference for which way this goes, even in the short term. Will we defeat the coup-attempt against the President, finally freeing him to cooperate fully with Russia and China as he wishes to, and as he must? That will change everything.

With our hard-fought campaign against the “Russia-gate” hoax against the President, using the Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity memorandum of July 24, we have inspired more forces to enter the fight, and helped inspire those already fighting to fight more decisively and tenaciously. They take the battle directly to the enemy, and make no concessions. Also yesterday, WikiLeaks head Julian Assange tweeted that neither Robert Mueller’s team, nor the U.S. Senate Intelligence Committee had “bothered” to contact WikiLeaks or himself. This invalidates their entire so-called investigations—that they would make no attempt to contact a party uniquely holding decisive, and perhaps conclusive evidence.

Now Hurricane Irma has “obliterated” Puerto Rico, as President Trump said, as never before in its history. Its power grid has been destroyed, and will have to be rebuilt from the ground up. There is massive flooding. The Federal government is responding to the emergency, but the bigger issue is immediately posed: rebuilding all the stricken areas of the U.S., and putting the right, new, infrastructure in place, cannot be done short of the LaRouche Plan and LaRouche’s Four Laws, with massive issuance of Federal credit, as called for in LaRouche’s Emergency Plan of Action of August 31.
