A dialog between Lyndon and Helga LaRouche and members of the LaRouchePAC Policy Committee yesterday, brought out sharply the unique, new opportunities and dangers of the present, unprecedented historical conjuncture. Although other people were involved as well, the dialogue as a whole can perhaps be encapsulated by summarizing some of the back-and-forth between Manhattan Policy Committee member Diane Sare, and Lyndon and Helga LaRouche.

Diane reported that people do not believe the fake-news media story about Charlottesville, or that President Trump is a racist. There was even a shift in this direction between Tuesday and Thursday. Many had seen Trump’s press conference, where he was not allowed to talk about infrastructure, but was shouted down by maenads of the press. But he fought back very effectively and truthfully. Trump is fighting, and that helps swing the population from fear to anger. “We supported him. We’re not racists. We don’t think he’s a racist.”

But the Achilles heel is the economy. People must understand LaRouche’s Four Laws as a principle—as against monetarism. Hamilton’s principle of Federal credit. They should be asking, as a few are asking—if the Silk Road can be built over there, then why can’t it be done here? This coming Saturday’s (Aug 18) Manhattan meeting will feature Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS) leader Ray McGovern onthe hoax of “Russiagate”—but the following meeting will be devoted to the Four Laws and infrastructure development.

Then Diane added a key element to the picture—that a large portion of the people we’re organizing remember Lyndon LaRouche! Many of our petition signers turn out to be contacts from two, three, five, or twenty years ago. Lyndon LaRouche’s identity as a great leader is rising up as if spontaneously through this stormy period of organizing.

LaRouche responded, roughly, “Yes. Since people are praising me right now, again, I ought to make my voice heard. Or at least by somebody in there. That’s the only way you can actually effect the corrections which people are asking for now. I am alive, and I can do what I have done all through my life so far. And that has not changed. It’s not just me. It’s not just me as a person. It’s what I represent as an axis to strike for what needs to be struck. And that’s the only thing I ever really did that was important. And I did it—and I would hope that we can do it now.”

Diane responded that that’s crucial. “This is the kind of a movement that needs leadership. And they need leadership in the direction of a solution to the crisis. People will be very glad to hear that you are on the scene.”

LaRouche: “Well, I am. Forget all these other odds and ends. It’s what I’ve carried and represented for the whole nation. I’ve represented this for a long period of time. And I’m still doing that—that’s what the reality is.”

Diane said that even a stupid fight over stupid statues, has raised the question of what the identity of the United States is supposed to be. That’s what you, Lyn, have embodied.

Lyn said that some people have tried to get away from that.

Helga intervened to say that we must keep doing intelligence on the networks behind the Charlottesville atrocity. They’re not about to quit. If you want to have an assassination, you create such a monster-image. The neocon-neoliberal crowd will stop at nothing, and the near-unanimous sanctions vote of both Houses of Congress should give us the picture of how determined they are that the “outsider” Trump will not determine policy. This is the first time that that faction is in blatant opposition to the U.S. Presidency. Even Clinton never left the orbit of this policy. Kennedy did it—and you see what happened.

Lyn: “People in many places have lost what I had done in the former part of my life. I know better. I always knew better on that one—on that issue.”

Helga: “Put the focus on the Soros apparatus. The whole ‘resist-Trump’ operation is a Soros operation. That’s the British empire. I think it’s important that we keep making that point.”

Lyn: “Yes.”

Helga: “Keep pushing that the United States join the New Silk Road—the largest infrastucture and development program in the history of the human species. Just because the U.S. media are not reporting it, doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. We should be very polemical against that.”

The coup plotters and their FBI attack dogs have chosen to use the race card to escalate the drive to eliminate Donald Trump — either politically or physically. While the McCarthyite witchhunt against Trump’s “collusion” with Russia proceeds under former FBI chief Robert Mueller (keep in mind that Mueller cut his teeth as head of the “Get LaRouche Task Force” in the 1980s), the FBI-controlled storm troopers on both the right and the left were deployed into the staged bloody confrontation in Charlottesville on August 12. Now the mainstream media is filled, 24 hours a day, with hysterical diatribes denouncing Trump as a racist and white supremacist, all because he said what was plainly visible on all the videos of the Charlottesville violence — that the “antifa” anarchists were also armed with clubs and were also beating people bloody. Classic gang-countergang counter-insurgency methods on display — not to overthrow an uncooperative regime somewhere else this time, which the American people have been indoctrinated to accept, but to overthrow the elected government of the United States.

Those who are screaming that anything is justified against the KKK, and denouncing Trump for not pardoning the violence of the antifa anarchists, are the same people who supported and cheered the swastika-waving nazis in Ukraine in 2014 as they threw Molotov cocktails at police and burned government supporters to death — apparently they believed these were “good nazis” helping the Obama Administration overthrow an elected government.

The Washington Post, while spewing lies about the FBI’s staged riot in Charlottesville, again showed its colors as the nation’s leading voice of the British Empire (perhaps sharing that dubious honor with the New York Times). The Post unleashed a frontal assault on The Nation magazine, the preeminent liberal-progressive journal in the US, for refusing to fully support the “color revolution” against President Trump and the hysterical war mongering against Russia and President Vladimir Putin.

As EIR has documented, the publication in The Nation of the Patrick Lawrence article on Aug. 9, carefully documenting the exposure by the Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS) of the “Russia interfered in the election” scam, has gone viral. The mainstream media, however, has blacked out the VIPS’ proof that the Obama intelligence circles fabricated the entire story, to the purpose of preventing Trump from joining with Russia and China in ending the British/Bush/Obama permanent warfare policies and their “post-industrial society” destruction of the western economies.

The Washington Post attack, attempting to force The Nation publisher Katrina vanden Heuvel to retract or denounce the Lawrence article, is not only about the article itself, but about The Nation’s having dared to publish warnings from several of the nation’s actual experts on Russia, including vanden Heuvel’s husband, Stephen Cohen, warning that the anti-Russian hysteria was taking the world rapidly towards nuclear Armageddon based on lies and fearmongering. (Interestingly, Washington Post journalist Dave Weigel had tweeted on Aug. 14: “Unfortunately for The Nation, it got scooped on the DNC conspiracy story by LaRouchePAC,” and linked to the LaRouchePAC interview with Ray McGovern of the VIPS.

But the cat can not be put back in the bag. The Russia-gate operation is exposed and is ready to collapse. This is why the operation has switched into high gear to stir up the darkest and ugliest passions against Trump. The irony here, is that the only true statement about race in the Tuesday press conference with President Trump, was from Trump: “It is jobs. What people want now, they want jobs. They want great jobs with good pay. And when they have that, you watch how race relations will be.”

The solution lies only in rallying the American people to reject the war cries, and to grasp the potential for the U.S. to join in the New Silk Road paradigm being led by China. Trump must be defended on his commitment to breaking the British imperial division of the world, to carry out his effort to align the US with Russia and China in ending terrorism, and preventing its recurrence through great development projects, lifting the world’s population out of poverty and backwardness. This is adamantly true for the US itself — the manipulated division of the nation can only be resolved through a massive infrastructure development process and re-industrialization. This is the intention of LaRouche’s Four Laws, which must be implemented.

The explosive exposure of the fraud behind “Russiagate,” by the release of the Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS) report, debunking the myth that the Russians hacked the Democratic National Committee computers, has gone viral, despite the frantic efforts of the so-called “leading media” outlets to block it out. This has thrown the British coup-plotters onto the defensive. The New York Times, Washington Post, and CNN, among others, have written nary a word on the VIPS report, despite the powerful coverage published in The Nation, the preeminent liberal journal in the country, and now being reported on thousands of newspapers, websites and radio stations internationally. As Salon‘s Danielle Ryan reported yesterday: “For the media and mainstream liberals to dismiss the information presented in as lacking in evidence would be breathtakingly ironic, given how little evidence they required to build a narrative to suit themselves and absolve Clinton of any responsibility for losing the election. The authors of this report are highly experienced and well-regarded professionals. That they can be dismissed out of hand or ignored entirely is a sad commentary on the state of the media which purports to be concerned by the plague of fake news. If these new findings are accurate, those who pushed the Russia hacking narrative with little evidence have a lot to answer for.”

These lying media were on display yesterday at a press conference held by Donald Trump to announce plans for easing permit requirements for new infrastructure projects. The media were in a feeding frenzy, screaming about Charlottesville, frantically trying to paint Trump as a racist and somehow responsible for the murder and mayhem, perpetrated under the direction of professional provocateurs on both sides. Trump correctly noted that the videos were clear — there were armed thugs on both sides, describing the black-clad anarchists with bats who attacked the demonstrators. This was getting close to the truth — that the FBI controlled both sides, a classic gang-countergang operation. The color-revolution methods, used by the Anglo-American intelligence networks around the world for regime change against targetted governments, are now being used against the un-welcome election by the American people of a President who refuses to be either a profiled Democrat nor a profiled Republican, and who rejects the British imperial divide of the world into East versus West.

EIR warned in a Special Report published in February called “Obama and Soros; Nazis in Ukraine 2014 — U.S. in 2017?” that the same methods used for the coup in Ukraine in 2014, led by murderous neo-Nazis openly supported by Obama and Soros, would be brought into the United States within the year, as is now clearly the case.

Accused of destroying race relations in the U.S., Trump said race relations have been horrible for a long time, and that the necessary condition for ending that crisis was the creation of millions of jobs, which he was dedicated to achieving.

Now is the time for the American people, and people everywhere, to go on the offensive for the New Paradigm, as developed and promoted by Lyndon and Helga LaRouche over the past 50 years. Already China and Russia are leading the process to end the neo-colonial era of exploitation of the resources in Africa, Asia and Ibero-America, while leaving those countries in abject poverty and devoid of industrial development or basic infrastructure. The New Silk Road is now reproducing the Chinese miracle, which lifted 700 million out of poverty in 30 years, through industrialization and infrastructure around the world, even while the Chinese are finishing the job at home — building new mega-cities and acting to end poverty altogether by 2020.

In the U.S., the economic and cultural decay which has driven the population to record drug and alcohol addiction, and record suicide rates, is beginning to give way to a will to fight. The effort to remove, or even assassinate, the elected President, who has sworn to stand up for the “forgotten men and women of our country,” has infuriated the population, especially in the “rust belt,” the formerly industrialized centers of America. Organizers from LaRouchePAC are reporting from across the country — but especially from blue collar regions — that people are delighted remoralized to see our movement out in public, to defend Trump, to restore Glass-Steagall, to restore the American System, to join the Silk Road, to restore relations with Russia. Most importantly, there is an increasing willingness to understand the British imperial hand behind the coup attempt against Trump and behind Wall Street’s bankrupt speculators.

The nation also needs a leadership which inspires a vision of what the future can and must be: The restoration of the idea of progress within the U.S., acting together with Russia and China to bring real development to the entire world, ending the British Empire and its perpetual warfare once and for all. These ideas, championed by the LaRouche movement for decades, are coming to the fore, proving LaRouche’s insistence that history is ultimately driven by the power of ideas. It is this moment of greatest danger in which people are able to shed their delusions and their fears, to act on principle. As Percy Shelley said in his A Defense of Poetry,: “At such periods there is an accumulation of the power of communicating and receiving intense and impassioned conceptions respecting man and nature.” This is our mission.

The world situation is very serious. You could say there are currently three scenarios spinning, each with the same purpose of ousting the elected President of the United State. In order of their appearance, they assert that Donald Trump should be out of office: 1) because he colluded with Russia to undercut U.S. elections; 2) because he is unhinged, and will foment nuclear war over N. Korea; or 3) because he is a racist. In other words, “Russia-Gate,” “finger on the nuclear button,” and now, “Charlottesville.”

Thus, the LaRouchePAC-initiated mobilization to make known the July report, “Was the Russian Hack an Inside Job?” by the Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS) is not at all a simple move to “set the record straight” about a filthy operation, but a drive to bust up the whole treasonous coup operation against the United States, and defeat the neo-British Empire gang behind it.

Why are they doing these things? Because the potential is so great for the ever-strengthening New Silk Road drive to involve the United States—along with the Americas and all others—and finally and fully displace the rotting monetarist system. Trump has expressed pleasure at working with the leaders of this new paradigm—Pres. Xi Jinping and Pres. Vladimir Putin. Trump is on the record for favoring the key economic measures involved, Glass-Steagall and infrastructure. Lyndon LaRouche’s “Four Laws” is out there to provide the guidance.

But the moment is dangerous. There is now blatant talk of assassination in the anti-Trump scenarios, as a plausible contingency. A recent instance comes directly from London.

On Aug. 9 and 11, the Guardian of London carried postings by its correspondent, Jonathan Freedland, with the first one titled, “Trump Has Taken Us to the Brink of Nuclear War. Can He Be Stopped?” The author asserts that you should not entertain any hope that the “Deep State will depose an unhinged American president before all-out war with North Korea” starts, nor should you rely on Trump’s “three generals—Mattis, Kelly and McMaster,” to be able to “contain” Trump. Freedland implies, you’d better hope Bob Mueller can nail Trump. Or else.

The article’s unnamed recourse is “assassination,” but Freedland spells that out explicitly in his new book, To Kill a President, released just a month ago (under a nom de plume, Sam Bourne). In the story-line, an assassination plot is hatched against a deranged president—to stop him from starting nuclear war over N. Korea—by his defense secretary and chief of staff, after the two conclude that it won’t work fast enough to use the 25th Amendment or impeachment to oust the president.

This is a re-hash, as a fictional “political thriller,” of the London Spectator‘s murder statement on the eve of Trump’s inauguration, in its article (Jan. 21,) headlined, “Will Donald Trump Be Assassinated, Ousted in a Coup, or Just Impeached?”

This must be stopped. There is no time for a pause, given the rate of the unravelling of the trans-Atlantic-centered financial system, which means chaos, without the right emergency measures. A new alarm about financial bubbles being at the bursting point, was sounded Aug. 13 in Italy, by Giulio Tremonti, former Economy Minister, in an interview with Corriere della Sera. Tremonti said, “Since 2007, the causes of the crisis are all still here. The excess liquidity that caused the crisis 10 years ago is today exponentially higher. Finance is undergoing a frightening genetic mutation. All the elements producing the famous bubbles are all there.” People are not facing reality. He cited the Tulip Bubble, the Louisiana Bubble, and the French Revolution—when people lost their heads, for not facing reality.

The strategic significance of the Aug. 11 telephone conversation between President Trump and Xi Jinping, as emphasized at the time by Helga Zepp-LaRouche, was further evident in yesterday’s publication in Xinhua of China’s “readout” on that call. It emphasized the same essential points contained in the earlier White House readout—including the need for a peaceful, negotiated solution to the Korean crisis—but added in conclusion that, “on the Korean nuclear issue, Trump said the United States fully understands China’s efforts in resolving it, and is willing to continue to keep close contacts with Beijing on major international and regional issues of common concern.”

So not only did the “extremely close” relationship between the two leaders—forged at their personal meetings at Mar-a-Lago and the G20 summit—come into play to try to cool out the current Korean crisis, and prevent a British-instigated war from exploding; that relationship is also a stated, strategic factor for addressing other “major international and regional issues of common concern” as they come up.

What would happen if President Trump were to develop a similar working relationship with Russia’s Vladimir Putin? What if the Big Three—of Trump, Xi and Putin—were to jointly work for global infrastructure projects based on the Belt and Road Initiative, and for combatting the enemies of humanity such as London’s terrorism and drug apparatus?

The British Empire and their lackeys in Wall Street and Washington know the answer to those questions. And the very thought of it makes them fear for their very existence, and that of their system of financial looting and genocide.

That is why they will not give up on their house of cards fabrication about non-existent “collusion” by Trump, with non-existent Russian “hacking” of the DNC’s computers, to further their non-existent interference in the last U.S. Presidential election. Never mind that there was never a shred of evidence to prove any of those charges; never mind that there is now a growing avalanche of evidence of the British Empire’s controlling hand in all of those lies, and of the plot to overthrow the Trump Presidency, either by coup or by assassination.

The LaRouche movement’s role in achieving the breakout of coverage of the VIPS memo has been at the center of exposing that British intention, with positive results to date.

To which the British Empire’s only answer has been “silver or lead”—the tried and tested technique of Dope, Inc.’s drug capos for bringing about obedience. How else to explain the totally lopsided votes in the House and the Senate on the Russian sanctions bill? Only five individuals voted their conscience: The remainder voted either the “silver” they were offered as Wall Street backing for their election campaigns; or because of the “lead” of FBI blackmail and scandals; or both.

In short, we are living and organizing in the midst of the battle between two paradigms, two systems of what Mankind is and shall become. The old paradigm is going under, and the problems in the world all come from that, and their desperate, doomed drive to survive.

So don’t get caught up in the details. Present people with the big picture—which is the only thing worth fighting for, in any event.

It would be a dangerous farce to limit the focus to international hotspots. The United States is what is the issue— Not something else. The point is that you can do that; you have the power to organize people in that situation, and to bring the whole thing into unified action. Don’t sit and wait in any sense. You have to crush the issue now, while we still have it. The VIPS, the Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity, are not unknown to the Congress—which makes it all the more grotesque that the Congress would vote almost unanimously for these unheard-of, unconstitutional sanctions. They’re being arm-twisted! That’s what’s doing it—the Congress is terrified. You have to put the message in! “Unfortunately, some of our Congressmen have lost their memories!” You can’t just sit by—you’ve got to say, “Wait a minute, buddy! We, the people of the United States, are the authority which has to be considered!”

Follow that pathway. Put emphasis on that consideration. That’s the only way to do it. Just push the support from various places around the world, get the government into shape, and raise Hell with anyone who’s ignoring this. Pour it on! Don’t let it get lost. Pour it on now! That’s the only way you’re going to solve that problem! But you can solve it, if you wish to. That’s all you have to do—do it! It can be swamped, if you do it right. We have to put it on a hot fire—make sure we’re doing it. And that’s the only way we’re going to really solve this problem.

Now we are beginning to turn the corner in the campaign to force through the VIPS memorandum of July 24, and destroy “Russia-gate” as a vehicle for overturning the election and the Constitution. This morning’s briefing covered the exhaustive story in {The Nation} by the prominent international award-winning journalist Patrick Lawrence (formerly known as Patrick L. Smith). That was followed within hours by a full article by Stephen Cohen in the same publication, citing the VIPS and Lawrence, and drawing the conclusion that the “Russia-gate” coup-attempt against President Trump creates the real threat of nuclear war.

This morning, Bloomberg News released a full and very competent wire by Leonid Bershidsky, “Why Some U.S. Ex-Spies Don’t Buy the Russia Story.” Bershidsky marshals all the evidence and citations from the VIPS and their sources, and puts it squarely to the press and government agencies: You can’t hush this up any longer! Everything has to come out now!

Now we have to press forward and make it the law of the land.

The Nation, the oldest journal in the United States and one of the most widely read publications among liberals and progressives, has published a powerful and comprehensive report on the Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS) exposure of the Russiagate hoax, after its author interviewed four of the principal VIPS members on their work. The author, Patrick Lawrence, warns of the war danger generated by the anti-Russian hysteria, based on lies, concluding: “The investigators deserve a response, the betrayed professionals who formed VIPS as the WMD scandal unfolded in 2003 deserve it, and so do the rest of us. The cost of duplicity has rarely been so high.”

The LaRouche movement took it upon itself to get the VIPS report out to the world, to break through the refusal of the Congress to investigate it, and the refusal of the media to cover it. While circulating it worldwide since its release in July, LaRouchePAC volunteers have delivered the report to every member of the House and Senate intelligence and judicial committees. Today another team is getting the report into the Old Executive Office Building and the Department of Justice.

President Trump and Secretary Tillerson have made it abundantly clear that the world’s two nuclear superpowers must be friends, not enemies. The President also directly named the Congress as the responsible party for the dangerous state of affairs between these two nations, following the despicable, near-unanimous Congressional votes to impose sanctions on Russia, and even on the businesses of our allies who do business with Russia. The Congress must be forced to end the McCarthyite witchhunt, and to launch, instead, a full investigation into the lies of the war party, using the evidence in the VIPS report.

The war party is equally engaged in the current, escalating hysteria about North Korea. While the western press is full of wailing headlines, based on a fake “leak” in the Washington Post from an unnamed intelligence source, that North Korea is capable and prepared to nuke Guam, or even San Francisco or Washington (a lie easily refuted by any competent scientist or intelligence professional), the South Korean President’s office spokesperson told the press a very different story: “I do not agree with the claim that the Korean Peninsula faces an imminent crisis,” he said on background. He acknowledged that the crisis was serious, but added: “We are working to fundamentally resolve the North Korean nuclear and missile issues at the earliest date possible, and are working with a belief that the possibility is very high.” Tillerson told the press: “I do not believe there is any imminent threat, in my own view.”

The war party is intent on driving President Trump into a war with Russia and China, and to so terrify the American population that they will support it, or at least go along with it, as they did in Iraq, Libya, and Syria. The problem lies in the psychological conditioning of the population over the generations since the death of Franklin Roosevelt, and especially since the assassination of Jack Kennedy. It is the British problem — the acceptance of empire, of geopolitics, that we can only get ahead at the expense of others, that mankind is no different from the dog-eat-dog world of wild animals. That British ideology rejects the very existence of a common aim for mankind as a whole, of what Xi Jinping calls “win-win” as the basis of the New Silk Road. It rejects the potential for creativity in every human being, which is the basis for human progress — which was once the common element of the American spirit.

This cultural decay was launched after JFK’s assassination, with the calculated inundation of the population with drugs, with increasingly degenerate noise passed off as music, with anti-science green propaganda, and with the substitution of unrestrained liberty for freedom. Now, the American population is experiencing the results: the worst drug crisis in history, affecting every family, while our industry has collapsed and the cities are crumbling, as in Manhattan.

These things cannot be simply fixed. It is the system, the British system, which has failed, and must be replaced, with a new application of the American system, as is now being implemented under China’s leadership — the New Silk Road to peace through development. Trump has committed himself and the nation to this new paradigm, but must be freed from the “color revolution” being waged against him by the war party. The VIPS report destroys the entire framework of the war party’s treason against America and the human race.

By far the most important report on “Russiagate,” the attack on President Trump which has thrown U.S. political leaders into McCarthyite warmongering, is the July 24 report of the Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS). It is still effectively blacked out by the media despite this group of senior intelligence professionals having proven that the Democratic National Committee’s communications were not hacked, but rather leaked by an insider, and that Russiagate is based on frauds.

Today an EIR representative intervening in a panel of experts at a leading Washington think-tank discussing Russia-U.S. relations and “Russian interference in our election,” found that none of them were aware of the VIPS report which showed what they were discussing to be a hoax.

“Russiagate” is a British hoax, initiated out of British intelligence agencies when Donald Trump first emerged as a Presidential candidate in 2015. Its purpose was to continue and intensify Barack Obama’s policy of military confrontation with Russia and China — through a war-President Hillary Clinton and, when that failed, by driving President Trump out of office and whipping up Congress into hysteria against Russia.

Congress last week overwhelmingly voted severe new anti-Russian sanctions, unconstitutionally grabbing at the President’s powers to conduct foreign policy, and the mere five Senators and Representative who voted “no” have been subject to vicious attacks by media and by their colleagues for it.

The threat of a war of nuclear powers is there, and British imperialists are glad of it. Read this week’s Economist, the City of London mouthpiece, which publishes a detailed “hypothetical account” of a thermonuclear war over North Korea in 2019, in which many millions die but Europe is not involved!

President Trump, under constant attack and surrounded with war scenarios, still continues to pursue a policy of cooperation with Russia and China to end terrorism and regime-change wars, and even to cooperate in economic progress.

John Pilger, a fierce critic of the Anglo-American war party, issued a stern warning Saturday of an onrushing nuclear war. “A coup against the man in the White House is under way,” he wrote on Truthdig. “This is not because he is an odious human being, but because he has consistently made clear he does not want war with Russia…. They have encircled Russia and China with missiles and a nuclear arsenal. They have used neo-Nazis to install an unstable, aggressive regime on Russia’s borderland — the way through which Hitler invaded, causing the deaths of 27 million people…. Russia is first, China is next.”

This follows the similar stern warning from Oliver Stone on Friday, who pointed to the insanity demonstrated by the nearly unanimous Congressional vote imposing sanctions on Russia (which Trump has declared to be unconstitutional, adding that he would not implement such unconstitutional laws). Stone concluded: “I now fully realize how World War I started.”

Both these men are sounding a necessary alarm, but missing the necessary solution, as enunciated by Lyndon LaRouche on July 31: “The American people must demand that the ongoing treasonous British coup against the U.S. Presidency and the nation itself must be stopped and its perpetrators prosecuted and imprisoned. The British system must be cancelled, and the President must make every effort to save the people of this country and the rest of humanity from further British-directed deprivations against their lives. Cancel the British; save the people.”

What we face today is far worse.

Meanwhile, China is demonstrating how development can transform the areas of the world looted and otherwise ignored by the Western powers for hundreds of years. Just over the weekend they have contracted to build a huge hydropower plant in Angola as part of their transformation of African infrastructure, and announced a multibillion-dollar investment into Haiti, including power, rail, housing, markets and more, creating 20,000 jobs by the end of this year. How pathetic this makes Obama’s expressions of sympathy for the victims of the earthquake which destroyed that nation in 2010, while barely lifting a finger to rebuild anything, let alone transform it into a modern nation!

The ten Southeast Asian nations and China today agreed on a framework for a Code of Conduct in the South China Sea, marking another step towards peace and cooperation in that region of the world, now that Obama’s meddling in the Philippines has been ended with the election of Rodrigo Duterte, who is hosting the ASEAN meetings in Manila. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi praised the progress in the region, which will continue to move forward, he said, towards a “comprehensive strategic partnership,” as long as “there is no major disruption from outside parties,” making the obvious reference to the Obama years.

While the danger of war has reached a critical point, such danger also holds tremendous potential for the “new paradigm” to sweep across Europe and the U.S. The Europeans are furious at the secondary sanctions against their economies under the Russia sanction bill, and many leading voices are now calling for a restoration of relations with Russia and a rejection of the dictates issued by the U.S. Congress. In the U.S., while Trump and Tillerson stand up for sanity in regard to Russia and China, industrial and agricultural delegations from several states are visiting China, looking to Chinese trade and infrastructure investments to help lift the country out of its malaise.

The insanity of the overwhelming majority of the US House and Senate in passing their bloodthirsty sanctions legislation last week, starkly demonstrated the truth of what Lyndon LaRouche has been saying for months: that if the British-orchestrated coup against President Trump succeeds, it will land us right in the middle of a nuclear war. “People don’t know what these weapons systems can do,” he said today. “The U.S. is marching to thermonuclear war.”

President Trump tweeted Thursday that “Our relationship with Russia is at an all-time and very dangerous low. You can thank Congress…” And in one of his two signing statements on this bill, the President said, “The Framers of our Constitution put foreign affairs in the hands of the President. This bill will prove the wisdom of that choice…. I built a truly great company worth many billions of dollars. This is a big part of the reason I was elected. As President, I can make far better deals with foreign countries than Congress.” Lyndon LaRouche heartily concurred with all these statements.

None of our controlled media have thought it worthwhile to report that President Trump’s signing statement declared the most important parts of this bill to be unconstitutional, as indeed they are, mainly for the reason he gave above—and said that he would not enforce them. Now it is up to the American people to give him the support to defeat the sedition against him, and prevent an otherwise imminent nuclear war.

Some ill-advised Russian leaders—but not President Putin—are apparently ignorant of what is really going on in this country, and are making belligerent statements which are duly picked up and re-echoed from British-controlled U.S. media outlets, for the obvious purpose. President Putin’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov refused to comment on an ill-advised Facebook post by Prime Minister Medvedev. President Putin himself, has limited his own response to the statement that there is no reason at this point for Russia to introduce any additional counter-sanctions against the US.

The same controlled U.S Congressmen responsible for the “sanctions” insanity, are pushing forward with even more extreme war provocations—just when you thought that was impossible! “Politico” reported yesterday that the version of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which has already passed in the House of Representatives, as well as the one under consideration in the Senate, would actually force the Pentagon to violate the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty negotiated by President Reagan and Soviet General Secretary Gorbachov in 1987!

The war party in the U.S. is escalating to a fever pitch for war, not only with Russia but now also with China. While the media and the Congress continue making up new excuses to attack Trump, to subvert his effort to build constructive relations with Putin and Xi Jinping, the British and their assets in the U.S. have dropped any pretense of sanity, demanding preparation for a nuclear world war.

Secretary Tillerson today drew out the battle lines in a press briefing at the State Department. Asked about the new sanctions on Russia passed overwhelmingly by the Congress, Tillerson was direct: “I think the American people want the two most powerful nuclear powers in the world to have a better relationship…. Neither the President nor I are are very happy about how Congress went about the sanctions bill, but we can’t let it take us off-track in trying to restore the relationship.”

Some people in the Administration did not get the message — or are out to wreck it. Vice President Mike Pence, speaking at a press conference Monday in Estonia with the three Presidents of the Baltic states, spoke with the coldest of Cold War rhetoric: “A strong and united NATO is more necessary today than at any point since the collapse of communism a quarter-century ago, and no threat looms larger in the Baltic states than the specter of aggression from your unpredictable neighbor to the east.” Today in Georgia, Pence claimed that Russia was occupying one-fifth of Georgian territory (referring to Abkhazia and South Ossetia), then said: “We stand here today in the gap — on a front line of freedom, a front line compromised by Russian aggression nearly a decade ago.”

The same end-game confrontation is being launched by the Congress against China, going for the kill on Trump’s effort to bring the U.S. and China together in the New Silk Road process. Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-NC), speaking on NBC this morning, said that “There is a military option to destroy North Korea’s [nuclear] program, and North Korea itself. If there is going to be a war to stop [Kim Jong-un], it will be over there. If thousands are going to die, they are going to die there, they’re not going to die here.” He claimed President Trump agreed, referencing Trump saying that China could stop North Korea’s nuclear program but wasn’t doing enough.

Not to be outdone in the British imperial “divide and conquer” madness, Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) sent a letter to the President calling for the suspension of “all mergers and acquisitions in the U.S by Chinese entities.” Keep in mind that Trump wisely invited China to bring its Belt and Road infrastructure development program to the U.S., to help restore the devestated infrastructure and industrial capacity of the nation. Schumer ranted: “It is my assessment that China will not deter North Korea unless the United States exacts greater economic pressure on China. The U.S. must send a clear message to China’s government.”

The message is clear indeed — the congressional leaders from both parties will not allow the rebuilding of the U.S. economy, and would rather launch World War III than to see Trump’s plan succeed.

Here, too, Tillerson today was a voice of reason against the war party: “We certainly don’t blame the Chinese for the situation in North Korea,” he said. “Only the North Koreans are to blame for this situation. We are trying to convey to the North Koreans: We are not your enemy, we are not your threat. But you are presenting an unacceptable threat to us, and we have to respond. And we hope that at some point they will begin to understand that, and then we would like to sit down and have a dialogue with them about the future that will give them the security they seek and the future economic prosperity for North Korea.”

It must be emphasized that the entire Russophobia rests on the now discredited “Russia stole the election” myth, which was constructed out of whole cloth by British intelligence and their collaborators in the corrupted Obama intelligence community. The LaRouche movement is now in full mobilization mode, within the U.S. and around the world, to circulate the Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS) July report to the President, proving definitively that the Russians did no such thing, but that angry Democrats leaked the infamous DNC emails to WikiLeaks in order to expose the Democratic Party leadership’s internal decision to prevent Bernie Sanders from getting the party nomination over war party asset Hillary Clinton. The British stole the Democratic primary election from Bernie Sanders, and then blamed Russia in order to stop Donald Trump in the November election. They failed in that effort, but are still trying to bring down his presidency today.

A special prosecutor must be appointed to bring these criminals to justice, before the U.S. destroys itself and the world in a new war.

The Russians have been careful to distinguish between the illegal and dangerous sanctions voted up by the Congress, and President Trump’s own actions. But Trump has little time to take off the gloves, to expose the Russia-gate treason against the presidency.
