Tennessee Police Robbing Motorists That Have Cash

We’ve all heard the term “highway robbery”, but now Police Officers in mid-Tennessee are implementing the practice as standard operating procedure. What’s worse, if anything can be, is that there is a quota of how much cash they must seize within a specific time frame from motorists, and if the Officer does not reach that quota there is a possibility that they may be fired.
The Tennessee Police are assuming that all cash is drug-related, and the only way to get your cash back is to file legal charges. If you fail to do so they will keep it.
There are two different agencies performing these robberies and they are fighting, in some cases literally, amongst each other over who gets to rob the motorists.
