Brooklyn dad who claims NYPD cops put him into a chokehold settles lawsuit against city for $75,000

Kevin Dennis-Palmer said he was put into a chokehold and attacked by NYPD officers after he attempted to park his car near his Brownsville home Feb. 9, 2013. Dennis-Palmer also said he was not sure why he was being stopped because he hadn’t done anything wrong.
