‘McDonald’s bosses have apologised after staff told a customer he wouldn’t be served because he ‘looked homeless’.
Landscape gardener Daniel Jackson, 27, was wearing his outdoor work gear when he was told he initially denied service.
He claims the manager of the fast food outlet on Oxford Road in Manchester city centre told him the company had a ‘zero tolerance policy’ to serving homeless people – McDonald’s has denied such a policy exists.’
