Tory MP speaks for 90 minutes to block carers’ parking Bill

Tory MP Philip Davies droned on for 90 minutes in the house of commons to block a bill that would see carers get free hospital parking.

Abetted by two other tory MPs he talked for so long the house had no time to vote and so the legislation was shelved and would probably never see the light of day again.
