Blind seven year old Schoolgirl banned from using her cane at primary school in case she trips up teachers

Lily-Grace Hooper, from North Bristol has been banned from using her cane at school by Health and Safety in case she tips up teachers and pupils.

Lily who suffered a stroke at 4 days old had been using a cardboard tube on her way home from school but a charity raised the money to buy her a modern fibregass cane.
