Police to use a ‘Zero Tolerence’ Approach to Motorists Caught Speeding on the Motorways
Permanently switched on motorway cameras intending to catch everyone speeding above 70 miles an hour are to be tested on a busy section of the M1 in Bedforshire in a trial scheme by Bedfordshire police in what they have admitted has nothing to do with road safetly but is purely a revenue generating excercise.
