Port Authority police officers stand guard inside the Britis

Under contraversial plans by UK and US governments, armed US border guards with the powers to search holidaymakers will be stationed at British airports in a bid to foil ISIS plots.

The guards will be given diplomatic immunity so that they cannot be prosecuted for any crimes on British soil.
