Israel troops shoot and injure 20 Palestinians in West Bank

‘At least 19 Palestinians have reportedly sustained gunshot wounds during fresh clashes in the West Bank as tensions continue unabated in the occupied lands.

Palestinian medical officials, speaking on condition of anonymity, said three Palestinian youths were shot by live rounds, while 16 others were hit by rubber-coated steel bullets in the central West Bank city of al-Bireh, located 15 kilometers (9.3 miles) north of al-Quds (Jerusalem), on Saturday evening.

Dozens of Palestinians also suffered excessive tear gas inhalation.’
