Judge to Decide if Lord Janner is to Stand Trial

A High Court judge is to decide whether Lord Janner is fit enough to stand trial for a string of child sex offences which spans the last 50 years.

At the last hearing in October both prosecution and defense barristers agreed that he wasn’t well enough.
