‘Meat Rack’ VIPs to be ignored claims Scotland Yard detective

Former Chief Inspector Howard Groves claims he was told to ignore VIPs during an investigation into child abuse in an area of Piccadilly Circus known to the boys there as the ‘meat rack’.

He was also told by senior officers that if the investigation unearthed any VIPs then it would be closed down.
