MARK SAYS: Both hummus and guacamole can be considered healthy foods. Although hummus contains more protein to make you feel fuller longer, guacamole contains less calories.
Guacamole contains more of the health-promoting monounsaturated fats, which help lower the risk of heart disease and stroke. It is also higher in potassium which helps to regulate blood pressure.
