Don’t be Victimized by War Again — There is a Solution

At the end of the two-day Conference in Berlin sponsored by the Schiller Institute, with leading speakers from four continents presenting the horror of both the perpetual warfare going on today and the threat of thermonuclear war tomorrow, and the necessary solutions through the New Silk Road process, Lyndon LaRouche made this comment, in paraphrase:

Helga Zepp-LaRouche, as founder and chairwoman of the Schiller Institute, then closed the conference with the words: “I encourage you to join the Schiller Institute, and equally important, follow the wise words of Lyndon LaRouche.”

The urgency of the crisis has never been more stark. The British Brexit vote last Thursday exposed the reality that the Empire’s financial system has no clothes. The Brexit caused nothing – it simply exposed the fact, obvious for many years to all but the blind, that the vast gambling casino known as the trans-Atlantic financial system, can not be “saved” — certainly not by printing more money to prop up bankrupt banks for a few more weeks or months. London’s leading bank stock have collapsed by over 30% since the Brexit vote on Thursday, and by half over the past year. All the “Too Big to Fail” western banks are facing a similar fate, already underway.

The system must be put out of its misery, with a total Glass-Steagall write-off of the worthless paper which dominates the so-called assets of the major banks. Only then can the Hamiltonian credit system be restored, as required for the West to join with Russia and China in the global development process now underway by the majority of the world’s nations and peoples, through the One Belt One Road, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, the Eurasian Economic Union, the Asia Infrastructure Investment Bank, the BRICS New Development Bank — all dedicated and now actively investing in large scale regional infrastructure projects around the world. As LaRouche has stessed all his life — only such creative transformation of the productivity of the world’s citizens, through scientific discovery, can end the nightmare now facing mankind.

The fear of the western financial oligarcy is that the UK departure from the EU will give courage to the growing number of leaders in Europe who want to throw off the chains of the City of London and the soul-less EU dictatorship in Brussels. German Foreign Minister Steinmeier’s denunciation of the nuclear saber-rattling and military provocations against Russia by NATO has many supporters, who only lack the courage to speak out. This is our task — LaRouche’s “clarion call” that there is a solution, if people find the sublime inside themselves to act on behalf of mankind as a whole.
