FDA Commissioner Sued For Hiding Data That Led To Deaths Of Over 5000 People

‘Former FDA commissioner, Margaret Hamburg, is the subject of a lawsuit filed in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. And the details are as grisly as the plaintiff’s allegations. Hamburg is being accused of using her position of power to gain approval for a dangerous antibiotic called Levaquin in order to help her husband’s hedge fund benefit financially. The hedge fund was deeply seeded with Johnson & Johnson, makers of Levaquin.
