Japanese court upholds ruling to close two reactors in west

‘A Japanese court has upheld an injunction to keep two reactors at the Kansai nuclear plant closed for safety issues.
The Otsu District Court on Tuesday ordered the reactors at Kansai Electric Power Co’s Takahama nuclear plant to remain shut, according to Kyodo news agency.
The court had on March 9 ordered Japan’s second-biggest utility to shut the Takahama No.3 and No.4 units with immediate effect.’
