3.5 million EU migrants will be able to remain in UK as five out of six cannot be deported

All EU migrants living in the UK will be allowed to stay post Brexit as the Home Office admits that it is impossible to deport 5 out of 6.
80% of them will have permanent residency rights and the rest approximately 600,000 will be offered amnesty.
