What possessed the British Prime Minister to appoint a professional buffoon and main-chancer as UK Foreign Secretary only she knows – but he’s so far out of his depth he is akin to an ant in the Pacific’s Mariana Trench. Thus, he is at the mercy of the Hidden Hand that controls both the UK Foreign Office and John Kerry’s US State Department and will slavishly follow the global party line like almost all others before him.
