US Creepy Clown Craze Spreads to the UK

Police across England have been called out to reports of pranksters, dressed as creepy clowns with the intention of deliberately scaring people.
The craze which spread from the US has seena swathe of such incidents and Thames valley police have been called out to 14 such incidents in the last 24 hours.
