Four of the Supreme Court judges who will decide whether Theresa May can trigger Brexit have previous links to the European Union, it has emerged.
One of the judges – who will have the final say over whether a parliamentary vote is needed before Brexit can begin – is a co-founder of an EU legal group, while another helped choose judges for the European Court of Justice and two more have served in the European Court of Human Rights.
