‘”Parts Unknown” host Anthony Bourdain has some tough talk for synthetic meat fans and creators, like the scientist whose team predicts Christmas turkey will be grown in a lab by 2030.
“I look at food as being something that should be pleasurable first, so the idea of creating synthetic meat, it seems antithetical to everything I believe in,” Bourdain said in an interview with TechInsider, which has published multiple pieces on the synthetic meat industry.
Bourdain believes synthetic meat is “the enemy” and claims the new industry isn’t as eco-friendly as some would like to believe.’
