US in threat to North Korea as Rex Tillerson says time for ‘strategic patience’ is Over

‘War with North Korea could be imminent as US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson announced the period of diplomatic patience with the nuclear nation is officially over.
Mr Tillerson, enraged by Kim Jong-un’s provocative weapons tests, told South Korean officials today that military action against the hermit state is now an option.
He said: “Let me be very clear: the policy of strategic patience has ended. We are exploring a new range of security and diplomatic measures. All options are on the table.
“If they elevate the threat of their weapons programme to a level that we believe requires action, that option is on the table.”‘
