Turkey and Russia ‘agree in principle’ on S-400 deal
‘Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu says Ankara and Moscow have “agreed in principle” on a deal for the purchase of the advanced Russian-made S-400 long-range air missile defense system.
