On May 15th, President Donald Trump, announced Project Warp Speed, a Manhattan Project to develop a vaccine against the Covid-19 for the entire world by the end of the year. Barack Obama and his scientific allies immediately went into their favored attack and smear mode, claiming that Moncef Slaoui, the former head of GlaxoSmithKline’s R&D division and vaccine development had incurable conflicts of interest which would somehow hinder the operation of his brain. Yet, Glaxo, under Slaoui’s leadership has the largest portfolio of vaccines of any company in the world and created 14 new vaccines in 10 years.

The co-leader of Operation Warp Speed, Army General Gustave F. Perna, is an Army Four Star General commanding the U.S. Army material command. This command operates the U.S. Army’s supply chain: depots, arsenals, ammunition plants, and other facilities. Perna’s presence is met to ensure that when a vaccine becomes available, the manufacturing apparatus to ensure its distribution throughout the world is already in place.

Obama, increasingly out front in the wake of the failing boomer spectacle coming from Joe Biden’s basement, appeared on the COVID-19 national graduation ceremony for high school seniors broadcast on all major networks on May 16th.
