Federal Appeals Court Ruling in Flynn Case Another Blow to the Coup

In overturning Judge Sullivan’s effort to put Michael Flynn in prison, the Court upheld the right of the Attorney General to overrule corrupt prosecutors who, in their zeal to remove Donald Trump, insisted that the FBI could engage in illegal actions. With more evidence coming out, pointing to the role played in the attacks on the Trump campaign by Obama officials, Joe Biden, and Obama himself, it is imperative that the counter-coup unfold to completion.
