An initiative by President Putin for a summit of the Permanent 5 members of the U..N. Security Council—the U.S., U.K., Russia, China and France — is gaining momentum. Rather than a one-time meeting, Helga Zepp LaRouche strongly suggested that it should be an ongoing process, in order to seriously address the present escalating confluence of crises, the product of the collapse of the anti-growth, neoliberal globalist system.
